Batman vs Crossbones -- Bats. CB's tough, but I think Bats could get the drop on CB before he can draw a firearm.

Blue Beetle vs Winter Soldier -- depends on which version of BB. The one I'm most familiar with is Ted Kord, who doesn't use armor, in which case WS wins.

Captain America vs Tomar-Re -- Draw, so no vote. See my thoughts on previous Cap vs Lantern battles.

Cap vs Ozymandias -- Ozy can handle guys like Nite Owl and Rorschach easily, but I seriously doubt he's on Cap's level. Strategy be damned; he's a schemer, yes, but it took him twenty years to plot and execute his plan, and he's taking on a guy who can formulate a dozen strategies in the blink of an eye. This one isn't even close, IMO.

i was going to go with cap until i noticed its a rematch, say what you will about the planning abilities of Cap but Ozy is a brilliant planner and even though it took him a few years to implement his plan its an amazing feat when you consider he went up against the guy who can see into the future, i think he'd whip up something on the fly to neutralize Cap never mind a day or a week of preparation.
