Batgirl-girl martial artist with gadgets vs guy who jumps and kicks thing.

Deathstroke-Falcon has an aerial advantage but Slade got him beat in every other department.

Parasite-Parasite gains your skill through contact so fighting a guy who relies on kicking and punching for the most part is as good as beaten in a first time encounter.

Thor/Zatanna-Honestly this could go either way neither possesses the ability to out right beat the other easily in a rematch.

Batroc- Man strength > woman strength

Deathstroke- Falcon gets killed easy

Parasite- Cap wouldn't know Parasites abilities until it was too late

Zatanna- her magic is too powerful of Thor

Falcon-uses wings/flight-pack to stay away, and then just shoots him in the head.
