Lizard would squash canary, probably run right through her cry

Sinestros ring is too versatile for Electro

I love Spidey but even he can't move fast enough to stop getting peppered up by a member of the Flash family

Arrow is a much better marksman than Gambit and Gambits charge takes a second, in that time Ollie would have put a couple arrows center mass

Lizard-All depends on how much like a lizard he is some do have an aversion to loud sounds.

Sinestro-I'm one hundred percent certain that since power protect their user's from all manner of energy blast that electricity wont hurt him.All Sinestro needs do is drop little boy blue into water and he's done for.

Impulse-He to fast for Spider chump.Take his web shooters before he evens realize what's going on and ties him up in his on webs.

Gambit-Tough call while Remy has the stats Olllie does have a little bit of resources to win or failing that give him a good run for his money.

If radiation and the cold vacuum of space doesn't slip through a lantern ring what make you think electricity will.And unless he fought a lantern in issue 425 which I highly doubt him frying his brain is an impossibility.

Not getting into the Impulse vs Spidey cause that just a lost cause.

Most heroes powers are in a state of flux.Take the spider-sense for example.It goes from telling him what going to happen to oh there something about to attack you don't know who,what,when,or where but it's going to happen soon.

Both of those are major flux but the Flash makes more sense in the cartoon he was trying to catch the criminals without killing them and in the season finale he pushed his limits and found out how fast he could really go to save the world.The spider-sense is the spider sense and while I get that it will always be writers discrepancy but there technically shouldn't be that it goes from being vague to really specific.
