Parasite-One touch and it's over for Venom and his host.

Blue Beetle-Better fire power.

Spider-man-Speed,reflexes,and spider-sense nets him a win.

Dr.Fate-Comic book magic tend to be stronger then standard D&D type magic users.

Still having log-in issues but I'm going to give this a try and hope it sticks...

Parasite vs Venom -- Parasite. Venom has to come into flesh-to-flesh contact to beat him. This includes his webbing, which is an organic extension of the symbiote. The second any part of him touches Parasite, game over.

Blue Beetle vs Green Goblin II -- the only BB I'm familiar with is Ted Kord. The comics version of Harry Osbourne GG is basically the same as his dad GG, so this would be an easy win for Harry.

Solomon Grundy vs Spider-Man -- SG's another Lobo-like character in that he's routinely inconsistent in his power set and strength level. In the meanwhile Spidey regularly holds his own against the Hulk, has beaten The Thing, Rhino, Juggernaut, Absorbing Man, Firelord and a large number of other heavy hitters. He'd do his Mexican jumping bean trick and hop around SG like a blur, whittling him down with lightning fast, razor sharp hits until SG collapses like a rusty old shack.

Dr. Fate vs Gandalf -- Gandalf's not a comic character, so pass.
