Deathstroke vs Venom -- I can see DS taking this one. Kind of breaks down like a Spider-Man vs Captain America fight, in that DS's faster thought processes, superior strategic/tactical ability and overall battle savvy enable him to maneuver more powerful opponents into leaving themselves open. I don't put DS quite on par with Cap (I put him close, but not 100%) but on the same token, Venom doesn't have a spider-sense and would have no clue that he was about to get tricked into exposing himself. As such, I'd say DS would have an even easier time manipulating Venom than Cap does manipulating Spidey.

Booster Gold vs Green Goblin II -- couldn't care less. Booster Gold can slurp my hiney.

Spider-Man vs Steel -- Agree with relentless. Spidey's blitzkrieg attacks have taken down tougher.

Beast vs Hawkman -- This was a tough one at first, until I remembered HM has the collected battle experience of his ancestors. I do think Beast is physically the more powerful of the two (he's almost on par with Spider-Man in terms of strength and agility, if not speed). And Beast is no slouch in the brains department, either, and is a highly experienced combatant, but I think Carter could eke out a win with the right strategy. If he tries to take Beast on toe-to-toe, though, it's game over.

Venom-Only in a first time/random encounter.

Booster Gold-Better aerial mobility and better tech.

Steel-In the long run Steel wins out.

Hawkman-Hank has him beat in an academia setting but this is a fight and while Hank is no slouch in that department Carter has literally 1,000 of years of experience with hunting and tracking,combat and various other traits needed to put this fight in his favor.
