5 Characters that could be added

1. Deathlok

Mike Peterson was seen at the end of the last episode missing a leg, face messed up, and pretty much ready to have Anakin Skywalker surgery. Lots of people are starting to think he will become the superhero cyborg deathlok who was a SHIELD agent at one point. This would make sense and also add some interest to a show that many people find boring. Let’s be honest, they won’t survive to season 3 without a little bit of powers on their team, so deathlok would be a great addition to the team.

2. U.S. Agent

Honestly I never really like Coulson as the Vision. I really just wanted to see the vision on screen, not really caring how. Now I have found another very interesting possibility for Coulson. Could he be U.S. Agent? Think about it, he has an obsession with Captain America, always known as AGENT, why wouldn’t he make himself U.S. Agent? Coulson would finally be a hero, and again the team would be building toward a powered style team. Making them actually elite soldiers instead of practically interns of shield as some make jokes.

3. Mockingbird

I think everyone has wanted her to join the team since we heard about the show. Obviously she is the superhero with the most ties to SHIELD out of just about any, Best part about her is she doesn’t really have superpowers either. She would just add another interesting person to the team. Hopefully we see her join up eventually.

4. Spider-woman

Aside from Mockingbird, Spider-woman is my favorite choice to join the team. Jessica Drew would be a fantastic addition to the team, or just make Agent May become Spider-Women. I think that would be an upgrade everyone can agree on. Agent May is probably the only really solid acting job and well written character besides Coulson on the team. There is no doubt she would be a great addition if she became Spider-Woman, or just add a new Jessica Drew all together. Either way we want her on the team.

5. Quesar

Now obviously not the real true Quesar should join the team. That would just be overpowered and make the rest of the team useless. But how interesting would it be to have Wendell Vaughn join the team? Make it a character people know and enjoy, then when the time comes (If ever) to actually make quasar, you already have en established character that people have seen. Personally I would think that’s a smart thing to do. Give us a character people know, then he gets more attention in a film.

If you add all of these characters we would end up with 4 new people to the team. I think that’s a smart thing for them to do. You keep 2 Scientists, 3 Superheroes, 6 Agents (May, Ward, U.S. Agent Coulson, Mockingbird, Wendell Vaughn, and Sky who will more than likely be a field agent through and through next season). This also gives us the possibility of killing off people as well. Obviously not all of these characters will join starting next year. But I think they could at least establish them in the Universe through the year.

5 Camoes that would help the show.

1. Hawkeye

Hawkeye has seen zero screen time so far in Phase 2. So there is no cameo better then Hawkeye being shown. I think he would be perfect if there is a villain that is too big for any of them to take out. For instance is we see Graviton reappear, or Taskmaster show up. Hawkeye would be a great help in taking them down.

2. Falcon

Again much like Hawkeye, Falcon would be great to have show up to take down a big baddie. He will be getting some love in the new Captain America film, and I’m sure he will want more screen time as he probably won’t be in the Avengers: Age of Ultron. The best thing about Falcon is he is tactical, so he would be fantastic to do a special thing none of the other Agents can do. He could attack a place from above, in order to open up things down below for the rest of the team.

3. Maria Hill

Victoria Hand is apparently the one calling the shots as of now for this team of Agents, but I’m sure just about everyone would be happy to see Maria Hill giving out some orders to the team again. Maybe even get in a fire fight beside the Agents. Hill much like Hawkeye won’t find much screen time, so I find this to be the perfect way to give her some.

4. Nick Fury

You can never get enough Nick Fury, so come on Marvel show him again! Plus he will bring in views of course for this show.

5. Mockingbird

If mockingbird doesn’t actually join the team. She would still be perfect as a cameo. Again help them take out a main villain there is a lot of things Mockingbird could do. Honestly I don’t see her getting in anyone’s films so I think this show could really be her place to get some screen time.

5 Villains we want to see

1. Taskmaster

The copycat villain would be a fantastic one to fight against the Agents of Shield. He knows every fighting style out there, and was originally a shield agent. What more do they need to have a perfect villain? Accept the fact that he is maybe to “Big” or a villain to stay on a show, and deserves big screen attention. I still think he is a perfect villain for a TV show.

2. Graviton

We already saw Graviton’s origins, now we just need to see him. I think it’s obvious eventually he will take on the Agents of Shield, but maybe they are waiting on him until they get some heroes that can actually battle him. We will see if eventually he shows up or not.

3. Viper

Viper is an agent of HYDRA and essentially always a thorn in Shield side. She’s a great leader of her troops and basically the best possible lead to an all out war between Shield and HYDRA.

4. MODOK

AIM’s leader would be another fantastic addition to the team. Once again MODOK would allow for AIM to show that they really are an organization bent on world domination. AIM in Iron Man 3 was not the cause of Killian’s attempted plot, they were simply where he worked for all we know. But not its time to see Marvel’s second largest villain faction come to life as we saw HYDRA do the same. MODOK would be the perfect way to do this.

5. Baron Strucker

Nothing says HYDRA is back like Strucker. He would be a great overarching villain for this TV show and really give us a direction and point to the show. Granted Strucker may be waiting on big screen time instead of hanging out on the TV screen. But who knows what will happen.

There you have it, just some characters that would be great to incorporate into the show. I really feel this show is “On the verge” of greatness. But who knows if they will ever get over the hill. I saw a meme with a dead guy saying “Just wait, the show is getting better” and I feel that’s how people right now with this show. Hopefully Marvel will really get this into gear or we will have to wait till Netflix for finally a great show from Marvel.
