While shooting in downtown Philadelphia today stunned extras and spectators witnessed the concluding scene of the third part of director Chris Nolan's Batman trilogy set during a fight with Batman in the middle of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade as a giant floating insect crashed on top of Bane and presumably killed him. Sources close to production confirmed that the very nature of the conclusion itself necessitated the extent to which security was maintained regarding any details to the extent that nothing was written down on paper.
One source was quoted as saying:
"Whether he phoned this one in or not I don't know but ya gotta hand it to Chris as an artist of the highest magnitude."
