The Combatants
On the Left Corner:
[ Darkseid ]

Mini Bio:
Darkseid, lord of the planet Apokolips, is an evil, god-like being who seeks to obtain power over all life.

Powers & Abilities:
New God Physiology: The beings of Apokolips call themselves Gods and live outside of normal time and space in a realm called the Fourth World. These New Gods have evolved due to their close proximity to the Source, a primeval energy, believed to be one of the ultimate foundations of the Universal Expression of Energy, along with their superior technology, into beings of genetic stability and evolutionary perfection. The denizens of New Genesis are immortal, stronger, faster, and smarter than homo sapiens, despite their resemblance to the same.

Superhuman Strength: Darkseid has shown colossal strength. Darkseid is sufficiently strong to lift 100 tons with minimal effort and is among the universe's strongest beings.

Superhuman Speed: Darkseid can run and move faster than the any human ever could.

Superhuman Stamina: Unable to tire, Darkseid has a level of stamina that is sure to never run out. He can survive in a never ending battle for days if need be.

Invulnerability: Darkseid possesses a god like level of invulnerability.

Immortality: As a New God, Darkseid is all immortal, unable to die of old age, or any other causes. His body is nearly impossible to destroy, and even if such would happen, Darkseid's soul/essence will live on forever, and find a new body.

Omega Effect: A great power that Darkseid has claimed for himself. The Effect can travel across time and pass through different universes, and can pass through nearly any known barrier.

Omega Beams: He focuses this power as a form of energy that he fires from his eyes. This effect is not only a relentless attack, but it is capable of teleporting the target to any location Darkseid chooses and recall them later or erase the target from the universe and similarly reform them. Darkseid has pinpoint control over his Omega Beams, and his unerring aim allows it to travel in straight lines or bend, twist or curve around corners.

Telepathy: Darkseid is capable of forming telepathic links with seemingly any being in the universe.

Mind Control: Ability to control the minds of others by sheer force of will. His ability to use this power is so great that he can dominate millions of beings all at once.

Telekinesis: Darkseid is able to use psychokinetic attacks or attack the mind by simple thought. With this ability he is able to lift objects at will, as well as use them as projectile weapons or barriers. The limits to this power are unknown.

Matter Transmutation: Darkseid is able to simply transmute matter by force of will.

Molecular Dispersion: He is also able to dissipate and disperse the molecules of an object or organism, effectively erasing them from existence.

Avatar Creation: A simple thought allows Darkseid to create liable avatars if/when the need arises.

Avatar Creation: A simple thought allows Darkseid to create liable avatars if/when the need arises.

Psionic Possession: psychic abilities to possess an individual and negate any superhuman abilities they may have.

Energy Manipulation: can also mentally control most known forms of energy, allowing him to erect protective force fields and project withering energy bolts.

Teleportation: Darkseid is able to teleport himself or any other being simply just by thought or sheer willpower.

Size manipulation: Darkseid has the ability to alter his body to grow to giantitc size.

Life Creation: He can create life and matter from nothing, as he did when he created the being known as Strayne

Time Travel: can travel in time as easily as any New God.

Dimensional Teleportation: He can traverse different dimensions.

Genius-Level Intellect: Darkseid possesses intelligence that surpasses even the greatest minds in the universe. With this he is an excellent strategist, and has proven that not only sheer force of strength and power has aided him in battles.

Master Strategist: He is a master planner and strategist and his armies are nearly unbeatable under his leadership.

Intimidation: With his frightening visage and ruthless nature, Darkseid instills fear in friend and foe alike, something he no doubt enjoys.

On the Right Corner
[ Thor ]

Mini Bio:
Leaping from the legends of Norse mythology, the Asgardian god of Thunder, Thor, is the son of Odin the All-Father and Jord, the spirit of the Earth. He frequently stands alongside the Avengers in the defense of the people of Midgard, often against the schemes of his half-brother Loki. He formerly dwelt in a recreation of Asgard in Oklahoma, using the mortal form of Donald Blake to provide a bridge between his people and the mortals surrounding them. However, Loki's subtle trickery and manipulations of Balder, combined with her time-twisting of Asgard's past and that of Bor and Odin's has enabled her to banish Thor from Asgard, stripping him of his titles, throne and legal power, and move his people to Doctor Doom's Latveria, having planned this ever since her rebirth.

Powers & Abilities:
Superhuman Strength: Being the son of Odin and the elder goddess Gaea, Thor is physically the strongest of the Norse gods and one of the most powerful beings in the Universe.

Superhuman Stamina: Thor's advanced musculature is considerably more efficient than that of a human and most other Asgardians. As a result, his muscles produce practically no fatigue toxins during physical activity compared to those of humans and most other members of his race. He possesses practically inexhaustible stamina.

Superhumanly Dense Tissue: Thor's skin, muscle, and bone tissues have several times the density of the same tissue in the body of a human being, contributing to his superhuman weight.

Self Sustenance: He is capable of surviving in the vacuum of space unaided and does not need air, food, water, or sleep.

Godlike Invulnerability: The tissues of Thor's body are considerably harder and much more resistant to injury than those of humans. Thor possesses tremendous durability and is practically invulnerable.

Superhuman Speed: Thor's superhumanly strong legs allow him to run and move at superhuman speeds far greater than the finest human athlete.

Superhuman Agility: Thor's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are far beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.

Superhuman Senses: Thor possesses incredible superhuman senses, as he is able to effortlessly see objects as far out as the edge of the Solar System, and hear cries from as far as the other side of the planet.

Regenerative Healing Factor: Despite his astounding resistance to injury, it is possible to injure Thor. In the rare instances that he is injured, his body is capable of repairing damaged tissue with much greater speed and efficiency than the body of a human being and almost all other Asgardians.

Superhuman Longevity: Thor, like all other Asgardians, isn't immortal in the same sense of some other god pantheons. Thor ages at a pace far, far slower than a human being as he is countless eons old; mortals' life spans are comparable to nothing more than a blink of his immortal eyes.

Master Combatant: Thor is a superbly skilled warrior trained in the arts of war with over countless eons of combat experience. He is one of the most skilled fighters to ever walk the planet.

Master Tactician: For over thousands and thousands of years he has lead Asgard into battle against overwhelming forces with great leadership and employed strategies and tactics from every culture on Earth as well as all the Nine Worlds of Asgard, including forgotten ones.

I choose the old god over the new , where Darkseid can fight nonstop for days Thor has fought non stop for 9 months straight hows that for stamina . In strength they are both a 10 on the heavy weight scale . Also both a 10 on energy projection , but Thor wins this because he is also a 10 on energy absorbtion and Darkseid is not .

Really I think Thor can beat Superman and if Superman can beat Darkseid than Thor can also .

You can call me a dunbass all you want but Superman's powers are strength , flying , speed and eye beams or energy projection . he is not a god , cannot live basically forever , cannot travel inter dimensionally , cannot breathe in space away from a yellow sun , and cannot do many of the things that Thor can do , Superman is an alien , Thor is a god . If thinking that a god is more powerful than an alien makes me a dumbass than I must be a dumbass .

Those Omega beams would not be a problem for Thor since he can absorb them amplify them and send them back at Darkseid . Thor has absorbed a destructive force so powerful it could destroy a Galaxy so I think absorbing some Omega beams should be a piece of cake . Darkseid's Omega beams may be a problem for Superman but they would not be for Thor .

They're both gods. Thor can summon the lightning and Darkseid has the omega beams.
Though Thor has advantage in hand to hand combat, Darkseid appears to have more body resistance.
I would call it even.
