DC has three heroes that no one in Marvel could touch.

Superman (except with Magic, and there is no Kryptonite in the MARVEL Universe, so that argument is void).

Spectre

Dr. Manhattan

Apart from Thor, Hulk, Wolverine, Jean Grey and maybe Silver Surfer or Galactus, no is worth mentioning. Besides, Spectre can will you out of existence, Superman could fly any of them to space and let them suffocate (except Silver Surfer, Thor and Galactus), and Dr. Manhattan could just Dr. Manhattan them to death.
