Paul Giamatti as Gillian Loeb is solid. I also don't mind Hugh Dancy as Gordon, that'd be a fresh new take on the character. Caleb Landry Jones would make for a really interesting Joker, great young actor who could bring the craziness needed for the role.

Luke Evans as Flass however, personally I think he'd make a superb Batman - but obviously too old for a Year One take on the character.
