I was a bit thrown by the announcement at first, but the casting is starting to grow on me. He is the same age as Henry Cavill and I certainly think, with the right material, Jesse can pull off a more modern incarnation of Lex.

It's good art. Don't get me wrong, it's really good art. The thing is I HATE Jesse Eisenberg. He's not that good of an actor. Every film I've seen him in, every part he plays...he has that same stone face in every scene he's in. Like I said, good art, but I would not support Eisenberg as Luthor.
