We already know who's playing Bruce Wayne and Alfred, so I won't reiterate these choices for you, but here are my choices for a few of the supporting characters.
MICHAEL PITT as THE JOKER
If you aren't watching the amazing Hannibal TV series, you're missing out. This past season, Michael Pitt portrayed Mason Verger. While I'm sure Pitt is a nice guy, he played a sadistic and demented man; and along the way it dawned on me, and no doubt many of you, that this man would make the perfect Joker. Menacing, violent, and all the while finds himself to be a bit of a joker. This is the easiest choice of the lot.
DAVE FRANCO as NIGHTWING
Dave may not be your first choice for a CBM role, but I think he's got an excellent attitude to play Nightwing. Sarcastic, witty; but you really want him to portray a troubled past. He's not Batman, he's supposed to be charismatic and a bit more fun, and I think Dave could bring that sensibility to the role.
ALEXANDER LUDWIG as JASON TODD/RED HOOD
Ludwig has proven himself on many different projects, and I think he has both the looks and acting chops to pull off Jason Todd.
SEAN BEAN as COMMISSIONER GORDON
Most badass Jim Gordon yet. He'd be destined to die though.
JANE LEVY as BARBERA GORDON
Mmmm I'm all about those redheads.
