Let's just relax people. We may have not heard from the current "X-Men" franchise in a while, but that doesn't mean we may not see Kelsey Grammer as Beast again.

By the way, JoshW, I was gonna do a Marvel Universe fan cast on YouTube, and you stole my choice for Valkyrie. ;-P But at least I'll give you credit when the video hits.

I actually like that choice for War Machine. I wish he were a bit older, but given time he seems like a great fit.

I myself don't really prefer Crudup for beast cuz
he's only 5'8" tall and not wide-built! I like him for
Reed richards though cuz Reed is not a giant!
But Beast is a large load and should be played by
someone a little taller and stockier-built!
At least that's the way I feel about it!

But with camera angles I guess they could get around
that! I mean Crudup was a real giant in Watchmen! lol

But this is a fine cast! You know ME, Mr. Stickler!

RoadDogXXIV: To be honest, I was never a huge fan of Grammar as Beast so I think I'd rather see a new actor in the role! And no worries man - if you already thought of Sackhoff for Valkyrie you definitely dont need to give me credit! Great minds think alike after all! :)

Ryden: Thanks dude, I'm glad you like Crudup for Beast and I could definitely see him as Bruce Banner - good thinking! I've made a start on my Fallout 3 cast (one of the best games ever IMO) but there are a lot of characters to cast so I probably wont be posting it for a while! Keep an eye out for it though because it's definitely on the way!

ANIL: Cheers bud, I'm glad you like it! I too am looking forward to the Heroic Age and completely agree with what you're saying - I think a lot of people are both out of touch with the MU and dont really understand the whole concept of the new direction that will be taken! I'll be sure to check out your comment in a few minutes though..!

Stubbyswof: Thanks man, much appreciated! :) You should definitely check out The Hurt Locker - it's an amazing movie and although Jeremy Renner steals the show, Mackie really delivers a great performance! And damn, I hadnt seen that picture of Steve in the new costume! That looks [frick]ing awesome!!!

Tobuttica: To start with, I'm glad you like my cast so thank you. Secondly, I do indeed plug my cast on a regular basis but never without a comment about the actual article. It's not as if I just leave a "Check out my..." comment on every article and so nothing else so I really dont see why it bothers you so much. Perhaps it is you that's the "whiney beotch", huh?

DDD: Lol, fair points about Crudup! There are so many actors who fit these characters personalities brilliantly but size always ends up being a problem..! He would make a fantastic Reed (pun intended) but with the right amount of camera angles and make-up, I definitely think he'd make a kick ass Beast! Anyway, thanks bud! I'm pleased you like this!

FORTAPACHE: Thanks dude, glad you like the cast! And thanks a lot for the info - to be honest, I was never a big fan of the character before the new series by Gregg Hurwitz (Who is one of my favourite writers! I highly recommend that you check out his novels!) but I know a fair bit about the character's background even though I havent actually read many of the classic stories you're talking about...I'll be sure to check them out! :)

Great casting Josh. I will post mine when Marvel reveals the other three members of the team, wich I hope that include Pym and Janet (since it looks like she's coming back from the dead).

Steve Rogers: Since I didn't like the F4 movies it has been really easy for me to accept Evans as Cap.

Beast: Peter Sarsgaard for Beast.

Moon Knight: Casey Affleck would be a great Moon Knight. But my pick is Henry Cavill.

Nova: Great pick for Nova, he's my pick too. But if Jared doesn't get the role, then Jamie Bamber is the best choice.

Valkyrie: Katee Sackhoff is my pick for Mockingbird. Adrianne Palicki should play Valkyrie.

War Machine: Mackie is my pick for Cloak. If Rhodey gets recast (wich I hope that doesn't happen), then Blair Underwood (from "In Treatment") would be my first choice.

Someone else for valkrie, like Diane Krugar or someone, OTHERWISE, BRILLLIANT ALL AROUND!!

OZY: Oh right! I'm sure you probably have told me at some point and I've forgotten, lol! I have about 60 PS3 games but I'm planning on selling a pile of them because I'm never going to get around to replaying them all! Anyway, I've got to go and put the finishing touches on my Assassins Creed II cast - one of the hardest I've ever done! I'll probably post it Monday or Tuesday!

TANKGIRL: Thanks! I totally agree with you and they're some really interesting casting suggestions you make up there - I like Hamm for Beast especially! I decided to recast War Machine mainly because I wanted to make an original choice for the character rather than just casting Cheadle! (who I'm not sure is right for Rhodey...guess I'll find out when I see Iron Man 2!)

LEE: Hey, no worries man - glad you sort of like the cast anyway, lol! But as I said before, I've done at least 60 Marvel casts now so it's inevitable that you'll see some of my previous choices again especially if I'm pleased with them - however, it's just bad timing that Crudup as Beast was in my last cast but many of the others havent been in a cast I've done for months and most of them have never had any info given about the characters, actors or why I've picked them! I've never wanted Miller for Spitfire - Kelly Reilly is my top choice for that role while Isla Fisher is my pick for Jean Grey..! And c'mon man - I had to update this! When I posted this cast on Friday, I thought that the entire team roster had been announced! Not my fault Marvel revealed 3 more yesterday so I see no problem with reposting this when there are that many new characters to add! (I wouldnt have done it for only one or two!) I have to disagree with you about this comic book though - for a start we have no idea what kind of team or book this will be and at the end of the day, it has an amazing creaative team and even more amazing roster..!
