That specific photo is concept art for Arkham Origins but Yeah it's the same Joker. I love that interpretation. I just recently watched Assault on Arkham again and DAMN is it good. I'm very excited that we're getting the Suicide Squad on the big screen.

He's definitely up there with Mark Hamill's Joker from TAS. The thing i like about this version though is his brutality. They couldn't really show that on a kids show on TV.
