Your kidding, right? Hancock may be powerful, but there ain't no way he's gonna beat Superman. Superman's superspeed gives him a huge advantage, plus his ice breath and Heat Vision. Superman has this one in the bag.

This would be a cool fight to see nonetheless. And as much as i hate to admit it, Supes would win, given what we've seen Hancock do.

Hancock is a fallen Angel and Superman is a Alien from another Galaxy.
I think this match-up if written right could be epic their both very powerful with similar powers.

Hancock would win. They both have super strength, but Hancock is immortal, Superman is not.
