i like these, but i actually got more into the others prior to the hair manips.

that is one thing i have never cared for in the movies. no matter the situation, Supes hair always remained the same in that perfect style. i like the idea that in situations of stress that his hair gets a little messy.

@l0rdleg0las True, I never liked that his hair was perfect all the time. One thing I didn't like about Superman Returns design, that curl was too perfect looking, should look natural. Like this pic of Cavill leaving Comic Con, his hair is naturally curly so it works.


I tried making it a little messy tho in these pics with some stray hairs.

dude, i know what you mean about the Superman Returns curl. there is even that clip where right after he is stabbed by Lex and tossed into the ocean, rescued and operated on by Lois he flies out of the plane and flies up over the clouds and suddenly his hair is perfect. it is like he got stabbed and then went and found a stylist. he had the attitude of I will only save these innocent people if i can look good doing it.

just saw your old ones and i thought they were perfect. But these are even better! Loving the curl and I agree with @LEEE (long time no see!) cavill could very well be the definitive superman

This is also another reason the costume doesnt need updating (which many think is the reason for the costume change in DC's comic reboot). Cavill's in the classic costume and looks much more bad ass and heroic than the new Marvel-ized version which will debut next month
