CASTING THE INVADERS FOR CAPTAIN AMERICA!

@TEABAG, mentioned, with dread, all the INVADERS fancasts that will come
out now that its been announced they will be in the Cap movie!
I thought I would just go ahead and get the “DREADFUL” ball started!
Lol

I’ve never made an INVADERS fancast before so this is my first!
I’ve got the principal INVADERS characters and the two main villains!

I’ve also included here, before the cast starts, some cool pics for everybody
to Enjoy!

I will just go right into it since everybody is quite familiar with these
characters and actors!

Nah, seriously dude - this is an amazing cast! Ryan McPartlin as Captain America? HELL YEAH! Jamie Bell as Bucky? PERFECT! Mads Mikkelson as Red Skull? DEFINITELY!

Love this cast man, especially your Baron Strucker and Jim Hammond picks! I have my own Union Jack and Spitfire choices but yours are great! :)

Yeah a few picks been used before @ DDD, but why not, all pretty good and a fantastic cast dude, kudos!

I like 'em, but we all know ARMIE HAMMER is the perfect CAPTAIN AMERICA!! Ryans a close second though lol! : P

Awesome cast.Really good work.I don't think in Captain America movie is going to be the original Invaders, but this is perfect cast.

Armie Hammer would be good but not ideal
with his height and I haven't heard anything
about him auditioning! But he would be good!

And HELL YEAH! Man, I hope they use Namor in
the movie! I've got my fingers and toes and
eyeballs crossed and anything else I can cross
in hoping we will be lucky to get THE SUBMARINER!

Nice, just a big no to McPartlin (he's over the age limit that Johnston said they were testing even if I did think he's a good choice, which I don't, a big no to Hammer as well) and put Ralph in as Zemo, and it's perfect.

Hell yes to Bell, and HELL YES to Mikkelsen. The rest are golden.

Great job man

RYAN McPARTLIN is also my choice for Captain America, he has the look and the talent.

Jamie Bell, Siena Miller, and Jason Behr are perfect for their respective roles.

I think Wentworth Miller would be a better Union Jack though. He looks tougher than Rupert Evans

I think Mads is the perfect choice for Red Skull. he has the accent and the crazy look that Skull needs.

The next two are great as well.

Great job man. If you can check out my Spider-Man cast below. I wanna hear what you think cause your pretty good at this and i like to hear from people that do these well.

Anil: As long as the actor looks American and sounds American, they should be free to play whatever Cap character they want. And Bucky (the young WW2 version of him at least) is nowhere near as important to being American as Cap. If we were talking Bucky Cap, I can see your point, but this is only young Bucky, who isn't Cap, yet. Bell does a solid American accent (King Kong) and, if you give him a clean shave and a clean hair cut, can easily pass off as American. Worthington, on the other hand, is not supported because he can't fake an American accent for his life. And that's pretty much the only foreigner tossed around for Cap. Most of us don't dismiss him because he's simply Australian, we dismiss him because he doesn't look All-American like Steve, and can't hold an American accent for more than 2 seconds.

And Bell has MORE than enough talent to pull this role off, acting comes first, then look, then nationality when it comes to Bucky (and probably to Cap as well), and Bell aces the first 2 categories, so he makes up for not being American with sheer talent, and the ability to look/sound the part also.

PERFECT cast!!!!!!! I agree with every one... I'd just change Skull to Daniel-Day Lewis, but Mads is still a great choice!!! Thumbs up man!!! :)

@Anil and Tyler-I agree with Tyler. Why does he have to be an American? Just cause his name is Captain America? If there is a good enough actor to do it i don't think it matters their nationality. Same thing with Bucky. Jamie is a great actor with a lot of good movies under his belt. And in some of his movies hes pulled off the accent. I don't think it matters the nationality to play a role as long as they had talent. Hell when these things were written it was a time when people were more racist. Shouldn't we move on and just choose an actor for their merits instead of their look.

But the actor playing WW2 Bucky probably won't play Cap Bucky. They're like 2 entirely different people. Bucky goes through a major transition from determined young soldier to mature, dark Winter Soldier, and then to heroic Captain America, 2 actors should play those parts (one for young Bucky, the other for WS/Cap). Bell should be Bucky, and then Garret Hedlund is who I'd like to see as WS/Cap. Young Bucky isn't the American icon that Cap is, not anywhere close. He doesn't wear a flag for a suit, and isn't the type of inspirational figure that Rogers is. If Bucky was, then yes, I can see your point. But he isn't.

Bell can pass just fine as an American, I really don't see what the problem is. He fits the part the best out of all the young actors I can think of, is the most talented, plus he looks and sounds American. So what if he wasn't born here? He fits every single requirement for the role, except nationality, which he can cover up, solidly. Accent? Check. Look? Check. I really just don't see the big deal. If he fits every requirement, acting, looks, vocals, why shouldn't he play the part? I just see that as blocking off talent that could be used to make First Avenger a better film.

Point is, nationality shouldn't matter as long as the actor can act the part, which Bell more than accomplishes, looks the part, which Bell does, and sound the part, which Bell also does.

Fugit? As in Patrick Fugit? Sorry, but he isn't that great an actor. Plus, he looks too old, and goofy.

BTW, Wentworth may have been born in England but he grew up
in America and has an American accent.

Thanx Critic! I like Mads for RS. Its not that I don't like
DDL for RS cuz he would be great! I just think Mads fits the
vicious German Nazi super-soldier Red Skull the best IMO!

Thanks @Anil, I can see where you're coming from on the
matter of an American playing Bucky and me being adamant
about an American playing Cap.

I agree with Tyler though! I think Bucky could be played
by Bell 'cause he does such a good American accent that a
bunch of people I know around here thought he was an American
actor and were shocked to find out he's British!
I personally don't think its as crucial as an American
playing CAPTAIN AMERICA! If Bell did Bucky I bet there
would be a lot of people who think he is American!

Thanx @Tyler! agree with you completely about Bucky! But
no to an non-American actor for CAP! CAP IS MORE CRUCIAL!

If ya want me to choose an American for Bucky then
I pick Thomas Dekker who played the teenage John Connor
on the SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES.
