This fan cast is solely based ON LOOKS ALONE AND NOT ACTING ABILITY. While some of these choices might be good candidates for the actual role in future movies, others are simply good physical representations of the character.
Also keep in mind, I based my fan cast match-ups based on pictures that I saw of that particular hero which reminded me of an actor/model/athlete. I have seen other pictures of these characters that could look like different people which I can use for future fan casts.
As noted, I tried to hit most of the major players for the JL as well as some auxiliary members. I can add additional members of the Justice League as I find matches for them. Any other suggestions for heroes that I did not yet match up from the JL will certainly be considered to finish filling out this list (Firestorm, Dr. Fate, Bloodwynd, etc.).
Superman

Where May Know From: You probably don’t, the only reason I picked him was because I saw a photo shoot of him in the Superman suit and googled it to find out who he was.
Would I Cast This Person in the Role: No, with no acting credits to his name he looks the part but probably can’t fill the red boots in a major motion picture.

Would I Cast This Person in the Role: Nah, he looks like he could wear the armor though. In reality if I was casting for a Steel movie I’d probably go with Henry Simmons.

Where May Know From: Not sure, I think he is in daytime soaps, I saw his face and name come up when they were trying to re-cast Spartacus for the late, great Andy Whitfield.
Would I Cast This Person in the Role: Probably not, although he has the jaw line for the cowl, I would have to see more from this guy first.

Where May Know From: I know he was on the TV show “Roswell” years ago but haven’t really seen him in any lead roles since.
Would I Cast This Person in the Role: On the fence, again I would have to see him in more work before being convinced but I think he could probably fit the part.
Robin/Red Hood (Jason Todd)
Name: Milo Ventimiglia
Status: Actor
Where May Know From: Heroes, Rocky Balboa
Would I Cast This Person in the Role: Yes, he played a decent hero in well “Heroes”. He also was a whiny resentful d!ck in Rocky Balboa before he came around for his dad. I think Milo would be a good Jason Todd.
Robin (Tim Drake)

Where May Know From: All sorts of Disney crap.
Would I Cast This Person in the Role: No, he looks the part but I couldn’t see him pulling it off in a movie although have I ever seen him act in anything. He might be a good draw in a live action teen titans TV show to get teenage girl viewers though. There ya go CW!

Would I Cast This Person in the Role: No. He has the strong facial features and physical presence of Jon but that is probably about it.

Would I Cast This Person in the Role: Yes. He plays a badass in “Inglorious Basterds” and I have seen him play a d-bag in other roles. Good actor and has the squinty gritty look to Guy that I think he would own this part…IF he can control the accent.
Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner)

Where May Know From: Besides a lead role in the short TV series “Earth 2” and soap roles throughout the years he has had a lot of bit parts here and there.
Would I Cast This Person in the Role: No. As much as he is physically in-line with some of the pictures of Kyle that I have seen, I don’t think he could be the lead in a major movie.
Wonder Woman

I think she is spot on in the looks department but until she gets some more acting experience I would sadly have to decline. The Flash (Barry Allen)

Where May Know From: Played the Green Arrow on “Smallville”, Aquaman in the CW pilot and daily soap parts.
Would I Cast This Person in the Role: I would take a gamble with him, yes. After Rosenbaum left the show, Hartley was one of the stronger actors on the show, he played the hero well and I thought he always did a good job with the part standing out from the rest of the cast (that isn’t saying much on Smallville).

Would I Cast This Person in the Role: This is a tough call. This guy looks like the comic character come to life. I have only seen bits and pieces of his acting when my girlfriend has on re-runs of “Sex in the City” and that is all I have ever seen him in. However, his voice seems like it is a few octaves too high, but I’d say maybe.
