Although I really like Tim Blake Nelson, I wasn't a huge fan of him as Samuel Sterns in The Incredible Hulk. I felt it was a bit too silly. Not to say he wouldn't have a commanding performance as the Leader, but I think Andrew Scott of the Sherlock fame would be perfect for the role.
