As I was waiting to be revived on Black Ops, I was deep in thought. Then, an idea came to mind. An idea so stupid it might make sense. Ready?
Ok, as we know, in the first "Iron Man" Obidiah Stane was involved in some shady business, and he had knowledge of how to make a less advanced suit of armor by the end of the film. Suppose he sold these blueprints, or even armor to a criminal enterprise, say for instance......the Yakuza!
Now, based on the numerous trailers/tv spots/featurettes, we know that in the final battle of "The Wolverine" the Silver Samurai is either in or controling a huge armor suit. If the companies are willing to cooperate, I think this would be one of the easiest, more sensible ways to go, especially with Hugh Jackman stating he'd like to fight with Robert Downey JR's Iron Man, imagine Logan discovers the samurai armor is Stark Tech, and he goes and hunts Stark down, leading to a Hulk/Wolverine battle and possible an AvX type fight.
