Hey guys for some reason my old post got deleted so here it is again. So I just want to share my pick/manip for who is playing Batman in Justice League and for the upcoming reboot.

Here it is:



Karl Urban- Just watch his portayal of Judge Dredd, he is a perfect fit for the Caped Crusader.

Sam Witwer- This guy is a good actor and his chin is just s perfect!

This is a pretty cool idea - posting image manipulations rather than just purring up images of the actors alongside the characters - but as for your picks, neither would get my favor!

Based on Dredd, Urban will be a truly badass and brutal Batman, indeed. Nevertheless, he's got a lacking look to fit for a Bruce Wayne, IMO! If he does end up being Batman, I think he'll be on the same level as Michael Keaton was back then - a very intimidating Batman, but not really a fitting Bruce Wayne - which is not that bad, actually, but I'd rather have someone who can nail the two characteristics.

Same goes to Witwer, the difference being he's too young-looking for a Bruce Wayne despite his age (yeah, he's in his 30's by now), and is also lacking of that billionaire charisma. I love the man as an actor, and I'd kill to see him in a CBM role, but I think it's not Batman. Maybe, in an extent, he could be Nightwing...but point is, to me he'd make a better fit for a more youthful character like that. I can see him belonging to a team like the X-Men, too.

Once again, this is a pretty cool idea - although I think you'll need to expand it to more than just one character in the future - but as for the picks, I have to disagree with you! That's just me, though; your picks have their strength, but to me the weakness outweighs it. Nonetheless, I'm looking forward to more of this! :)

Regarding your choices, they are good if they are considered for the singular role, but for me I believe the chracter of Bruce/Batman needs to multi-layered.

For this reason I woudl suggest Josh Hartnett for one, looking at his Lucky nr Slevin role & 30days of night & Wicker Park ( I maybe wrong on that title). He has the range, can do the action & pull of the chin in the mask too.

But I always liked the idea of Joshua Jackson from Fringe as Batman. If you've watched teh series, movies like Cursed,Urban legend & The Skulls, you know he can do both. He is also the right hight, if he beefed up he would be as imposing as Karl Urban...he reminds me of George Clooney, when he was cast he ticked all the right boxes(& had the chin for the job), the only thing lacking was a good movie.

@WesleyGibson- Well he'd be good as Bats.
@Jolt17- Yeah that's what I thought about with my picks for Bats, I can't see them as Wayne. But if they evr choose this guys, Witwer could work as a young Bats and Urban could work as more of a seasoned Batman.
@SpanX13- Wow Josh Hartnett is a good choice! As for Clooney, I didn't really see him as Bats even though he has a good chin. Kudos on your last line hehe.

whoa123: Urban as a seasoned Batman, now that I can see. When he's in the correct age, he can even be a terrific The Dark Knight Returns-esque Batman, IMO! Witwer, on the other hand, can fill up the role of a substitute Batman; say, Jean-Paul Valley, or even Dick Grayson's Batman.

Nice to hear that, anyway; way to boost up the creativity with the manips. I'm looking forward to it!
