Comic book and film fanatic, with a thing for wasting time on the internet. Still in school and still dreaming I can be Iron Man... Or at least an engineer...

Dylan McDermott should be the Punisher?

For a fan movie, it was short/simple/effective, quite good!

Don't think Marvel should make a 'Punisher Comedy"...leave that approach for fan movies/shorts.....stick to the darker side of the character....i mean his family was massacred and he kills nearly every criminal he comes across in result.....you can always throw in some dark humour now and then, but not too much "overkill"

After the recent movie adaptions with Thomas Jane and Ray Stevenson.....even though i liked parts from both movies....and even the rights now back at Marvel....i think a TV series is a better move to introduce the character back into the public eye. I'd also like Thomas Jane to return as Frank Castle, even though Ray Stevenson did a fine job!

A "Disney/Marvel" Punisher movie?? Pshhhhhhhhhhh Pleaseeeeee! I'd rather see Punisher on Netflix alongside Daredevil, Luke Cage and Iron Fist.

And I agree with @TopCat89 I'm through with the comedy BS! Yes "humor" is cool, but we need that serious tone Marvel used to give us with films like Iron Man, Incredible Hulk and Captain America.

Haven't seen Thor: The Dark World but it seems it's another comedy. (I'll still check it out though) However I'm strongly looking forward to see Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Avengers: Age of Ultron give us that tone we deserve!

Good poont, rewatched Iron Man recently, what made it so good was the use of humour in the right places.
Stark was the only one who used it (but at the same time could keep the serious tone) and it fit in, since then Marvel have just started throwing humour in every scene

This was a great fan-film with an interesting concept. I know some people are opposed to comedy, but lighten up, the genre is a comedy.

You people expect too much out of a fan-film. Do any of you people know what a budget is? This fan-film has a low-budget, meaning you won't see the entire neighborhood being blown up by the Chitauri with other huge explosions. This fan-film did good for the budget it was working on, so please, cut some slack.

That was just.... terrible. This had nothing to do with the Punisher, besides him popping up in the last 5 seconds. That didn't even look like Frank Castle's apartment. Every film I've seen has him living in a [frick]ing third world rat's nest. In "Dirty Laundry" he was living in the back of his van! Frank doesn't need a comfortable environment, he just needs a place to store his [frick]ing weapons.

I'm a big Punisher fan, this film short was entertaining.
Don't get bogged down in too many details when your doing a "comedic" take.

A serious version on The Punisher is best bet,the guy does not joke around..or smile.
