Ben Barnes as Dick Grayson/Nightwing
The protege to Batman and the eventual second Dark Knight, Dick Grayson was disocvered by Bruce Wayne after his parents were murdered. After Wayne's falsified death, the Batcave was left to him. With Batman's gadgets and weapons at his disposal Grayson decided to pick up where the Caped Crusader left off defending Gotham from evil.

Emma Stone as Barbara Gordon/Batgirl
After accidentally stumbling upon the Batcave, Gordon investigated the materials and technology used in the various weaponry and costumes of the (thought to be deceased) Batman. Grayson watched from afar and admired her detective skills. Gordon snapped several pictures of the Batsuits and eventually was able to construct one of her own. Gordon became involved to the point in which Nightwing had no choice but to intervene, despite his romantic feelings towards her.

Ted Levine as Commisioner James Gordon
Father of Barbara Gordon, James is the only person on "the outside" who knows Batman the best. He warns his daughter to stay away from the new hero known as Nightwing  because he seemingly stands by the same moral code. James does not want to see his daughter get caugh up in the ordeal of knowing a hero personally.

Denzel Washington as Lucius Fox
It's hard to get closer to Lucius than Morgan Freeman's portrayal but Denzel could pull this role off. Bruce Wayne's business manager who supposedly unknowingly runs the business interests that supply Batman's equipment needs as well as financing his operations. Lucius needs to have wit and a calm demeanor about him.

Ray Winstone as The Penguin
A ruthless mobster who's true name has been erased from the minds and data of people and computers everywhere, The Penguin, as he is called, is noted for his manical laugh and sinister nature often murdering massive amounts of people just for attention. An incredibly hard villain to track down, The Penguin simply wants to destroy Nightwing so he can run Gotham through the wringer.

Ciaran Hinds as Ra's al Ghul
The man who taught The Batman everything he knows. Even with the Batcave and acrobat training at his disposal, Grayson has no fighting experience. This causes him to seek out the legendary immortal Ra's al Ghul. Ra's senses more malice in a young Grayson than he did when he trained Batman which causes him to willingly take Grayson under his wing.

Ron Perlman as Slade Wilson/Deathstroke (voice)
Deathstroke is a former marine that was chosen for a supersoldier program due to his already great speed and combat reflexes. After returning home and seeing what he had become his wife tried to kill Slade by shooting him, but only managed to destroy his right eye. Afterward, his confidence in his physical abilities was such that he made no secret of his impaired vision, marked by his mask which has a black, featureless half covering his lost eye. He was paid by The Penguin to kill Nightwing. Deathstroke possesses many abilites such as enhanced physical and mental attributes and a regenerative healing factor. He is also a expert martial artist, swordsman and marksman
