DISCLAIMER FOR DISCLAIMER: I really didn't want to do this but because of some experience doing these things..... I just got to.
DISCLAIMER: This is not real. This will never end up on actual film. These are my personal choices for the cast of various Marvel characters, so be kind and enjoy
Doctor Strange
Daniel Gillies
Doctor Strange is a character I love and I am really exited for Marvel's announcement at SDCC. If they do indeed get the film off the ground, I hope they go with Gillies. Gillies is a Canadian born- New Zealand actor who could be seen in the Canadian drama "Saving Hope", the CW hit "The Vampire Diaries", and HBO's "True Blood". Also some of you might recognize him as John Jameson in 2004's "Spider-man 2". Gillies is a fantastic actor who really knows how to play arrogance while still being very likeable, and he just looks like Doctor Strange to me. A bit young, yes, but he could give the character an old soul and it would allow him to be around for a while for sequels
Iron Fist/Danny Rand
Chris Pine
We all know Chris Pine, he's funny, he's cool, and he's just a great actor. I've seen Pine in a bunch of Fan-Cast where people have had him from heroes like Captain America to Hal Jordan, but I think he would make an awesome Iron Fist. I'm aware a lot of people want an actual martial artist like Ray Park to play the character, but I rather have a good actor who could learn to fight than a fighter who has to learn to act. As much as I dig Park, he can't act unlike Pine. Pine would bring us a unique character that has just been begging to be on the big screen for decades.
Luke Cage/Power Man
Chad Coleman
A Luke Cage film has been in development hell for years, but if one was ever made I think Coleman would be a great Power man. Coleman is a good actor who was seen on HBO's "The Wire", and can now be seen on AMC's "The Walking Dead". He is a beast of a guy that I just know would own as Cage.
Vision
Daniel Craig
Vision is a character I'm really looking forward to seeing in the MCU. Craig is of course famous for his role as James bond among other things. I'm sure what it is, whether it's his bone structure or his voice, but Craig has always come across as robotic to me, in a good way of course. He's a powerful actor who I believe would make a fascinating vision who would question humans and his own humanity.
War Machine/ James "Rhodey" Rhodes
Shemar Moore
When casting for Rhodes I wanted an actor who was an older guy, but could still kick some ass, an then I landed on Moore. Moore is an cool actor who could be seen in CBS' "Criminal Minds". In the show he plays a strong, intelligent and engaging hero who will do whatever it takes to save lives, which is what Rhodey should be like. The thing the impressed me the most was that he was 43 yrs old, when I thought he was like 30.
Red Skull
Colin Firth
Firth is an actor whose been long overdue to be in a CBM. When I found out he was in the running to play the bad guy in spike Lee's "Oldboy" I was so exited, but sadly that ended up not happening. I think Firth would a great Red skull because of the intensity he brings to every role. Firth is an actor whose known for playing good guys, but when you put an actor of his caliber in a villainous role, magic happens and now one is as evil and seedy as the Red Skull.
The Leader
Hugh Laurie
Laurie is an actor who blew everyone away in his role in the T.V show "House", but since the show ended we really haven't seen much of him. I figured since he now has a lot of time on his hands, directors would be breaking down his door to be in their film, but sadly that hasn't been the case. Marvel would be out of their minds not to cast some like Laurie for the leader, assuming we ever get another solo Hulk Film. Laurie knows how to play a man who is insanely intelligent and puts himself on a higher level than others, him as the Leader would be perfect.
General Thunderbolt Ross
Michael Biehn
Biehn is an actor I've been of a fan of since the first terminator flick and he is criminally under used and under appreciated. Biehn is a bad ass in every way and in my opinion he would make a sick Ross/Red hulk. It seems like the older he gets, the cooler he is and I could definitely believe him as a power mad general who wants nothing more than to see banner caged for the rest of his life.
