Hello everyone, all of you may know me as a fellow commentator here on CBM, but lately I've been toning down the comments as I have been working on my new short film, VIGILANTE!
The movie revolves around a young man named Blake (Rafael Carbonell) becomes a masked vigilante after he witnesses the killing of his brother swearing revenge on a small gang.
I have been working on this movie for about 40 days to be exact, maybe even a little more to try to develop a movie that has never been shown at the Action Film Challenge in Tampa FL. I took inspirations from Sam Raimi, Guy Ritchie, Death Wish, Danny Elfman, Batman, pretty much a lot was added into this movie but mainly from the heart and soul.
The movie opens July 14th in Ybor City FL at Muvico Starlight 20 at 7:00 PM. If anyone is in the Tampa area please let me know.
UPDATE: Anyone in the Tampa Bay area, it will be playing this Sunday after 5PM at Muvico Starlight 20 during the second session located in Florida. If not, the movie will be released online the NEXT DAY.
