Okay I made an article on my idea's on a Boba Fett movie last week and I after I realised that I had left out one of Boba's most important roles during Star Wars history The Purge of the Jedi, But then my mind started going over idea's what if we got an entire movie devoted to the Purge.
First of I'll start with Characters -
Darth Vader would be a key character who would we get to play him? you tell me but we would need him, As the newly constructed Vader hunted down every jedi left half under orders from his master Emperor Palpatine the dark lord of the sith but also half out of revenge for what he see's as betrayal.
I'd want to see Vader tear through planets with a legion of Storm troopers sensing jedi presence, Showing a side of Vader that we never saw in the original trilogy.
The Emperor would have to play a role or at least have his presence known being that he now rules the galaxy with his empire, His role could be small but as long as we have a seen in which he is seen/heard giving an order to Vader to hunt down a group of found jedi.
Boba Fett at first I thought a cameo from this guy would be key as we all know that Fett helped hunt down jedi during the Purge but now I think his presence could be just as powerful if we only see Slave 1 flying off from a Star Destroyer after an off screen meeting with Vader.
Jedi now Obi Wan and Yoda would not have roles in this movie at least nothing major and to be honest we could use new never before seen or heard of jedi who are on the run and hiding from the empire.
Although I do have a scene in mind, After the start 'Long ago in a galaxy far, far away..... DA DA DA DA DA DA DUN DUN'....... Anyway we are on Tatooine and we see an exiled Obi Wan observing the Lars farm from a far and then he looks up into the sky and then we see the Empire and so on.
We would need to see Vader torture a captured jedi using his cripling force hold chocking them and using torture devices (like the trip to the dentist Han got during Empire Strikes Back), This scene would show how far Vader is willing to go to kill and capture the jedi, but this could also be used for us to hear Vader say "Where is Obi Wan Kenobi?"
We should see what the citizens of Coruscant think of the Jedi after the Empire took over and even show empire held celebrations, Celebrating the completion of the Death Star.
And give a little more detail on the false medi Palpatine had released on the jedi telling lies of how evil the jedi were.
It would be important to see a lot of lightsabre action be it Vader slashing through a cove of bounty hunters or killing jedi, Hell why not both?
We could have Vader crash a Bounty Hunter den with a fleet of Storm Troopers after having a tip off about a bounty hunter coming into contact of some sort with a jedi and Vader ends up killing every hunter until finally one is left, Leaving this bounty hunter out of complete fear to tell him where the jedi are then Vader goes to this planet and wipes out a group of jedi.
Now references wouldn't have to be made to other films or events but the movie could end with The Emperor giving Vader an order to lead an attack on Kashyyyk leading to the events of Star Wars Force Unleashed and Vader meeting his Secret Apprentice.
Anyway what do you guys think?
