I don't notice any actors from comic book movies except Wes Bentley (Ghost Rider), Stellan Skarsgaard (Thor), and Nick Nolte (Hulk). They probably are eligible to explore other venues despite all that.

Your cast is good, although it would've been nice to give details as to why you went with so-and-so for the role. I think Courtney B. Vance would've made an interesting Lucius Fox more than a race-reversed Jim Gordon, while Keanu Reeves would be a little more solid for Deathstroke (though I probably know why you went with him for Deadshot just as much).

You found some picture-perfect choices for the Riddler, Poison Ivy, the Ventriloquist, and Rupert Thorne.

@MikeZ - Thanks! The other actors in comic book movies are Ben Mendelsohn (small role in Dark Knight Rises) and Sam Neill (he's in the new Thor).

I thought about Vance as Lucius, but it's too obvious. Gordon is more interesting. He could definitely play a hardened cop.

Some interesting picks for individual characters your cast would have been better had you listed why you picked each actor.

Wes Bentley is a popular choice for Batman and would do good in the role.

I also like Gugu Mbatha-Raw and she is a good actress, some inspiration from Year One there.

Don't you think Wes Bentley is a bit small for the role of Batman? I could see Matt Bomer or Cheyenne Jackson as Batman since your going with an American Horror Story theme....😜

@SwampWildThing - Honestly I was just thinking looks wise, I think Luke Pasqualino would make a cool Nightwing.
