Starts off with Peter in the basement.
Peter is fixing/creating the web shooters, and we see the Red-Lights on the shooter in a everyday watch.
He then shoots it (Like the trailer) and hears “Peter, I’m coming down"
"Uh no Aunt May....I’m getting my homework done, on uhh... on Physics"
"Sure thing Mr, I better not check your internet History"
Peters face is awkward and an embarrassed look is left on his face.
Cuts to school scene with Gwen and Peter:
"You brought your suit?”
"Uhhh..What no, I don’t...no"
"..Your tux we tried on, remember?"
"Oh right yes that’s right... I forgot"
Cuts to Spider-Man and thugs.
3 Thugs are robbing a car, he interrupts.
"Oh hi excuses me, mind if I stop you from being a dumbass?"
Black Guy 1 swings a baseball bat.
"Misses me"
Black Guy 2 tries to slam him with a crowbar.
"Missed me again."
Asian Guy 3 repeating punches like crazy.
"Missed me, missed me, are you even trying?"
Kicks them all to the ground.
"Job well done Spidey" he says to himself as he walks off, camera faces on beaten thugs.
CUT.
Lowers himself into sewer with 2 web lines and turns head around both ways to see a Lizard tail.
"I am sending a request warrant"
Spider-Man flips on a pickup truck.
"For the masked vigilante"
Spider-Man swings in the city and shoots webbing on a building.
"Known as Spider-Man"

SCENCES: NO DIALOGUE
Lizard throws a car out the bridge, outside shot of the bridge as the car flies out the bridge into the water.
Peter climbs up a wall( As in International Trailer)
Peter runs down the street in Pre-Spider-Man costume.
Gwen and Peter kiss in her room (As like trailer)
Helicopters repidiltly shoot at Lizard as it runs through a bridge smashing cars and breaking everything in its way.
Spiderman dodges’ Lizards’ tail in slo-motion as it smashes on a car in the school parking-lot.
Spider-man is on top of the Lizard and throws a punch; we only see Lizards tail and legs.
Spider-man the air for slo mo and then camera faces him, shoots 2 webbing and pulls to camera.
Black for 2 seconds then build up...
PRE-END: Close Up on Peters face:
(Goes to) Conners in the Sewers as Pre-Lizard in the torn lab-coat, ripped pants and small snout.
"Peter, Secrets have a cost"
Lizards menacing yellow eyes can be seen in the dark as he snarls at the camera.
