A parking garage is seen. It's being destroyed.

BATMAN: CRIME UPRISE
THE BAT-CAVE
Bruce is searching the bat-computer for information on Santa Prisca. Selina is with him.
Selina: "Fox is making a costume for me Bruce. You can't deny me as your partner."
Bruce: "WHAT? Without-? Why would-? Fine. But I work better alone."
Selina: "And that has been your excuse for the past year. You need backup. Help. Face it Bruce, you're not immortal."
Bruce: "I know. But I need to act like I am.
Selina: "Why are you even searching this place anyway? Any significance with a new 'super' criminal? Wait. It's..."
Bruce: "Bane. He nearly broke my neck last time a saw him. I got a blood sample, and it had a chemical in it."
Selina: "Like the Joker?"
Bruce: "No. Not at all like him. The blood contained the chemical, and it dissolved. After that the blood shrank. It disappeared. So i concluded that this chemical sustains him. Without it-"
Selina: "He dies. So is that what makes him so strong too?"
Bruce: "I'm not sure, but I also learned that he was born in this city. He had to serve his father's life sentence in their prison. That's all I know. I also think he's been studying me. He let me escape. To survey how I fight."
Alfred: "Master Bruce, the signal."
Bruce: "Okay Alfred. We aren't done about this partnership."
He got into the Bat-mobile and went off.
He was driving as fast as he could to the GCPD. He was almost there when,
SMASH!!!
The Bat-mobile flew into the air in flames. It landed on the street upside down, with other cars swiveling out of the way. Batman struggled to get free. The car was being lifted. He reached for a Batarang and cut himself free. He fell to the ground. The car was coming down on him. Batman rolled out of the way into the legs of a man. He looked up. Bane looked down on him. Bane stepped on his chest. A rib cracked. He screamed in pain as Bane grabbed his face. He blacked out.
Bane; "Hello Batman. You are probably wondering why I didn't kill you on the spot. It is because I am not a coward. I do not fear you. I would rather kill you in a fight, when you are strongest, then when you are at your weakest. Untie him."
A man came down from the staircase above him. He untied Batman and he lunged for him. he knocked down all the men in the stairwell. Except Bane. He only watched.
Bane: "Impressive. Even with a broken rib you fight. And win. You won't win against me. And just so you know, I'm not boasting. I simply speak the truth."
Batman: "Go to Hell."
Bane; "I will see you there."
He grabbed Batman, and shattered a bone in his left arm. He threw him through an open doorway into a parking garage.
Bane: "Face me Batman!"
Batman: "With pleasure."
GOTHAM STREETS
In the middle of a street lined with graffiti and boarded up doors is a bright sign that reads, ICEBERG LOUNGE. A short, round man, wearing a tuxedo, top hat, and carrying an umbrella walks in with a tired looking man. He is OSWALD COBBLEPOT.
Oswald: "You think I give a damn what you think? 'Cause I don't. I don't care if it's 6:00 PM or 1:00 AM! A customer wants me, and that brings me more money!"
Man: "B-b-but Mr. Penguin."
He realized his mistake.
Man: "I'm sorry Mr. Cobblepot
Oswald: "I. Hate. That. Name."
Man "Please forgive me. PLEASE! I have a wife! Kids! Please."
Oswald: "You think I give a damn?"
He lifted up his umbrella, and the top dropped open. He shot the man. He walked over to a booth and sat down. A man was there, in the shadowy end of the seat.
Oswald: "So, what do you want? Guns, ammo, vehicles, men, costumes if your going after the Bat. Um, gunpowder, explosives, jewels, do we sell- oh, right. I shot him. Well that's as mush as I can remember. What'll it be? In cash."
The man slipped into the light revealing himself to be Two-Face. He whips out a pistol.
Two-Face: "What we want Mr. Cobblepot, is you dead."
THE PARKING GARAGE
Bane: "Please Batman, you aren't even trying! At least let me feel a poke! HA HA HA!"
Batman: "Damn. You."
Bane: "Let me help."
He picked him up.
Bane: "Punch my face!"
He did. Bane didn't flinch. Again. Nothing. Harder. Bane laughed. He threw Batman across the lot onto a red car. He looked at it. There was a huge dent. Bane charged him. Batman threw a Batarang in his face. Bane went straight through the car and off of the garage. He didn't come back up. Batman was about to leave, bloody nose, hands, and everything else, when he heard a vibration go through the floor.
Batman: "Oh no."
Bane had torn down the lowest floor. The entire thing came crashing down. Concrete slabs were coming down on top of him. The floor was being ripped apart. A hand grabbed Batman. He struggled, but couldn't get free. He was ripped through the floor. Half of his ribs were broken. Everything was bleeding. He had lost all feeling in his legs. The suit was torn. Flesh ripped off his right hand. All of it. He was tossed across the demolished landscape. Two more ribs. Bane stamped on his chest again and again. All his ribs broken.
Bane: "I will finish you. I will end you! I WILL BREAK YOU!!!"
With that, Bane struck a finishing blow. He lifted Batman up, and broke his back against his knee.
THE BAT-CAVE
Selina: "I'm looking for him."
Alfred: "Miss Kyle you cannot. It is too dangerous."
Selina: "I have the suit. I won't have fight anyone. I just have to find Bruce and leave."
Alfred: "Miss Kyle, it is not that simple."
Selina: "Stop treating me like a child! And stop treating Bruce like a child! We aren't-"
Alfred: "Children anymore? If you want me to stop treating you like children, then stop acting like them! Go if you want, I give no support."
Selina: "I will. And you'll thank me. Let's see, tracking, and, there! Wait. I'm only getting flashes of images. Oh my god. He's surrounded by debris. It's all on top of him. The parking garage."
She went into another section of the Bat-cave, and got her suit on.
THE ICEBERG LOUNGE
Oswald: "So, you think you can sneak into my lounge, stick a gun in my face, flip a coin, and run if it lands on heads? Is that it? Cm'n talk!"
Harvey: "I was doing the right thing. You piece of trash."
Oswald: "Well I'll have you know that I am a well respected man, and lot's of people would pay to see how long you could survive in that iceberg!"
Two-Face: "I have a deal for you. I help you, you help me. I get to be the face of your gang, I don't die here. You won't get arrested, and you'll have someone to be arrested."
Oswald: "Give me one good reason why I shouldn't just kill you here and send a dumb thug to be the face of my gang?"
Two-Face: "Because I still have a gun."
He had untied his hands and pulled out a second pistol.
Oswald: "How the Hell does he still have a gun!?! I thought you checked them..."
Man: "Mick."
He shot Mick.
Oswald: "Fine. Just do exactly as I say."
Two-Face: " I'm okay with that."
THE DEMOLISHED PARKING GARAGE
Selina: "Hi Batman."
Batman: "Huh? What should I call you?"
Selina: "Catwoman?"
Batman: "Okay. Wait. No, no! Don't- don't touch me. Everything is broken."
Catwoman: "You have to go. Maybe this thick layer of dried blood will help ease the pain."
She picked him up and dragged him towards the Bat-mobile Mark:II.
THE BAT-CAVE
Alfred: "Oh dear God Almighty. What the Hell happened to you Master Bruce?"
Batman: "Just an encounter with, ah! Bane."
Alfred: "Did he hit you with a truck?"
Batman: "A parking garage."
Selina: "According to the scanner, he was dead for 10 minutes."
Batman: "It's nothing. I need to get back to-"
Alfred: "To saving Gotham? Not for 6 months I would say. You can't walk Master Bruce."
Selina: "I can take over for that time."
Batman: "Gotham needs Batman."
Alfred: "We need to get you to a hospital. Now."
Batman: "NO! No hospitals. Telling the doctor I just got really drunk at a party won't cut it. I'd have to say I'm Batman."
Alfred: "That is better than dying in a cave with no one but your butler. I can't get the suit off!"
Selina: "It's probably the thick layer of dried blood. I have some good news. Bane has left Gotham. Most likely thought you were dead. Oh. And there was a massive breakout from Black-Gate."
Batman: "Harvey. He's out there. I need to go Alfred!"
Alfred: "Master Bruce, I'm afraid you are going to be taking a long vacation.
THE ICEBERG LOUNGE
The next day
Oswald: "So, I heard that Batman is out of commission."
Two-Face: "We like this already."
Oswald: "Your first order of business. Gain other criminals to our cause. The murder the other gangs. Waugh waugh waugh!"
Two-Face: "Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha! Gotham is ours."
Harvey: "No. No!"
THE GCPD BUILDING
Gordon and a few of his men are waiting by the Bat-signal.
Gordon: "He's not coming. Shut it off."
Catwoman: "Hi. Batman's going to be... absent for awhile. I'm filling in. What is it?"
Gordon: "Great. Another one. We suspect that Oswald Cobblepot is a crime boss. Black market dealer. I'd say go check it out, but-"
Catwoman: "Don't worry. I can handle it."
Gordon: "Wait! That's not what I meant but she's already gone. Damn."
