Spider-Man: you again? i thought you said i cpuld not get in your way again?
Lizard: you never listen nor do you shut up!!
Lizard hits spider-man with his tail and then jumps on top of him.
Lizard: You are the only one who can stop us. for that i kill you.
Spider-Man: Yay?
Lizard throws spider-man threw a wall and the fight goes into the school hallway.
Spider-Man throws a left hand punch to the lizards mouth nocking out a tooth, the lizard roars and hits spider-man out a window.
Spider-Man is outside and tells people to run, when the lizard appears and whacks spider-man from behind.
Spider-Man: Umm, Dr Conners, can you urr give me a minute?
Lizard: always the joker arent you?
Spider-Man: i try to be.
Lizard tries to punch spider-man, when all of a suddern cops arrive shooting at both lizard and Spider-Man.
Captain Stacy: shoot them both.
Gwen runs over to her father,
Gwen: Dad, dad, stop.
Captain Stacy: Gwen get out of here.
Gwen: stop, dad, stop its Peter.
Captain Stacy: What??
Spider-Man is dodgeing the bullets. but the lizard is being shot at alot.
Gwen: dad, its peter, Spider-Man is my boyfriend Peter Parker.
Captain Stacy: you have a lot of explaining to do.
Captain Stacy: HOLD YOUR FIRE, DONT SHOOT SPIDER-MAN.
Spider-Man crawls over to Gwen.
Spider-Man: you came back?
Gwen: i, i, i, told my dad.
Spider-Man: told hm what?
Gwen: that your Peter.
Spider-Man: Captain Stacy, dont fire at him, its Dr Conners.hold your fire.
The Lizard gets up and roars and runs away destroying cop cars and buildings.
Captain Stacy walks over to Gwen and Spider-Man.
Captain: Peter, what the hell are you doing?
Spider-Man: i have these gifts sir, i have to use them for the greater good.
Captain: You are so lucky Gwen is not hurt, otherwise you would pay.
Spider-Man stands up, but falls back down.
Spider-Man: my ankle, ughhh it really hurts.
Captain: can we get a paramedic here, stat.
Spider-Man takes off his shoe and there is a bullet lodged in his ankle bone.
Gwen: Oh My God, Peter are you alright?
Spider-Man: I have to stop him.
Gwen: who?
Spider-Man: Conners.
Captain: i never thought i would say this, but where is he going Peter?
Spider-Man stands up.
Spider-Man: Oscorp, he is heading toward Oscorp, to kill Norman.
Captain: Norman Osborn?
Spider-Man: thats the one.
Captain: i need everyone to head to Oscorp Tower!, NOW!!!
Spider-Man: No, no one is going except me, ok?
Captain: Peter, im going with you, whether you like it or not.
Spider-Man: you could die.
Captain: Heroes dont live for ever Peter.
Spider-Man: do we swing there or what?
Captain Stacy: swinging is good.
Gwen: no, dad, dad dont go please dont go.
Captain Stacy: I will be there for you Gwen. I love you.
Gwen walks over to her dad and hugs him. this is the last time the two see each other.
Gwen walks over to Peter.
Gwen: if he, does not come home, i dont know, what i will do,
Peter: dont worry, i love your dad, nothing will happen, i love you to Gwen.
Peter: lets go!
Peter: oh i almost forgot.
Peter runs over to Gwen and kisses her on the lips.
Peter and Captain Stacy swing to Oscorp where the final battle takes place.
The lizard is running threw the city, destroying cars and buildings as he runs. we then cut to norman in his office.
Norman Osborn: where is he?
Doctor Octavious: he is approaching now Mr Osborn.
Norman: is the serum ready?
Octavious: no, not yet we need another 15 minutes.
Norman: well then we need to hold him off.
Spider-Man and Captain Stacy are swinging.
Spider-Man: George, im gonna put you on the top floor i need you to get everyone out, ok?
Captain Stacy: fine, just make sure you survive.
Spider-Man: i can only try.
Spider-Man puts Captain Stacy on the top floor to go protect Norman and get the rest of Oscorp out of the tower.
The Lizard is seen climbing the building destroying windows and breaking pillars that are holding certain floors together.
Norman: What are you doing here?
Captain Stacy: trying to save your life, no hurry up.
Norman: No, i cannot leave, Otto, get the serum now.
Octavious: it is not ready sir
Norman: Do you think i care.
Spider-Man webs Lizard on the back, and kicks him in the face.
Spider-Man: wasnt there a strict policy of no animals out side the zoo ?
Lizard: Funny, your a comedian.
Lizard rips, Spider-Man's back and we see small amount of blood come out.
Spider-Man: Ow,
Spider-Man is falling to the ground in NYC.
Spider-Man webs onto a buliding at the last second,
Spider-Man: WOOOO
Spider-Man then swings inside Oscorp, and he can hear the Lizard moving. It is all silent until we hear a loud roar and The Lizard pops up behind Spider-Man and hits him, he flies into glass.
Norman is seen grabbing the serum, Captain Stacy then tells him to put the thing down, when Norman shoots Captain Stacy.
Norman: Sorry, buddy but i need the serum, but the world does not need you.
Captain Stacy is seen falling to his nees, and then a tear is shown from his eye.
Octavious: Norman, you are insane you did not need to do that!!
Norman: are you coming?
Norman is shown running down the stairs when The Lizard grabs him and throws him threw a window. He is falling out side Oscorp when Spider-Man swings in and grabs him.
Spider-Man: Thanks for flying Spidey airways.
Norman: Put me down, you menace.
Spider-Man swings down and gives Osborn to the cops and then swings up to face The Lizard.
Spider-Man sees The Lizard near Captain Stacy and thinks that he has killed him.
Spider-Man: Conners!!, this is not you stop this stop this right now!!
Lizard: Conners, Conners, i will kill him, Conners Must Die.
Spider-Man: You, You are Conners.
Lizard: no im not, i am The Lizard!!!
He then tries to punch Spider-Man in the head Spider-Man dodges it and the kicks The Lizard off the building.
The Lizard is falling to his death, when he hits the ground, Spider-Man thinks he is dead, when we see him mutate into Dr Conners.
Spider-Man: Stacy!!
Spider-Man swings back to the top floor and sees Captain Stacy, who is dyeing.
Captian Stacy: Peter, Peter? is that you?
Spider-Man takes off his mask.
Spider-Man: im here, im here for you, come on hold on i got to get you to the ambulance.
Captain Stacy: no, no leave me, The City needs you more than any cop.
Spider-Man: No, what about Gwen? hold on, Sir.
Captain Stacy: Peter, Peter, Pete……
Spider-Man grabs his body and hugs it.
Spider-Man: No, NO.
the scene ends and we cut to Captain Stacy's funeral.
Monologue
Peter: after the lizard insedent Conners was allowed to go back to his home only to find his wife and son gone.
We hear the priest.
Priest: All rise.
The funeral ends and we see Peter and Gwen talking
Gwen: Who killed him?
Peter: i dont know Gwen, it wasnt Conners.
Gwen: how do you know, Peter, how would you even have any idea.
Peter: Because, Conners would never do anything like that.
Peter then hugs, Gwen and holds her head in his arms and kisses her on the forehead.
We cut to Dr Conners's lab and we see him standing there looking out of the window, then he looks at the photo of his wife and son, and we see him smile and cry.
The scene ends and we cut to a POV shot of Spider-Man looking over the city. He then jumps and starts swinging dodging cars and buildings.
Peter: We all have secrets, the one's we keep and the ones that are kept from us.
Peter: this is my responsibility but it was never my choice, if this be my destiny.
and the film ends with Spider-Man swinging right into the camera.
The credits roll, and then we see Octavious talking to Osborn.
Octavious: What about the boy?
Norman: Conners said he told him nothing about his father, so we will let him be, examine him give him time, because wait till he gets a load of me. We see Norman with a Goblin mask on and we hear a laugh, and it fades to black.
