This is just a treatment leading up to Vanom's creation.
Movie opens with close up of Eddie Brock's face dripping with sweat. He stares with rage up at the ceiling. Scene cuts to J Jonah yelling hes fired, cuts back to Brock breathing heavier and faster, cuts to a scene where his wife is yelling at him, throwing his stuff out on to the street, then in slow motion she flings the ring at him saying, "You're nothing but a loser Eddie Brock". Cuts back to Brock breathing harder and sweat drops getting larger. Cuts to Brock walking, with all of his stuff, past a Daily Bugle stand he sees a picture by Peter Parker of Spider-man capturing Eddie Brock robbing the Daily Bugle with the caption "Spider-man assist photo journalist in robbery" cuts back to Brock screaming, camera Pans out to show Brock with more Mass Bench pressing 300 lbs, with a room that is covered with the phrase " Kill Parker". Brock goes to the window and see Spider-man in a black suit swing past the window. Brock rushes to the corner then starts throwing up.
Scene cuts to Spider-man in the black costume facing a charging Rhino. The Rhino is out side a court house charging towards the building, Spider-man swings from the Rhinos left side knocking him in to a brick wall. Spider-man then shoots a bunch of webbing at the Rhino twist his body, sending the Rhino in to an Arc and Slamming him against the ground. Spider-man then crosses his arms, shoots more webbing out at the rhino, he uncrosses them forcefully and quickly bringing the Rhino towards him, Spider-man ducks down and in slow motion gives the Rhino an upper cut, you can see teeth and blood fly from his mouth. Spider-man shoots more webbing at the Rhino and pulls him down, with the Rhino head hitting Spider-man's knee. Spider-man jumps on top of an unconscious Rhino pounding him on to the ground. All of a sudden you hear voices scream, "Stop you're killing him." Spider-man stops and quickly leaves the scene.
Brock is hiding in the shadows with a baseball bat, he is out side the door of the daily bugle waiting for Peter to exit. He see Peter walk in front of him, he then attacks him Peter dodges all of Brock's attacks, he tries to talk to Brock, stating that what ever happened was because of Brock's choices. Peter Also warns him to stop. Brock keeps attacking peter, Peter finally punches Brock, his punch shatters Brock's nose. Brock lies there unconscious bleeding in the street. The black suit slowly crawls up Peter, Peter has the look of kill in his eyes, then panic, the black suit slowly crawls back. Peter rushes Brock to the hospital, and leaves him outside. A group of nurses rushes out to get him. Off at the roof tops Peter stands watching, the suit peers out as well.
Brock is in the hospital trying to escape when the Doctors comes in telling Brock he's not going any where. The doctor tells Brock he has stomach cancer, in a fit a panic Brock tries to get out of the hospital, a nurse team quickly subdues Brock, later Brock wakes up no one around him, he's woozy but is able to escape the hospital, He goes to a church that is close by, he stumbles insides and makes his way the the alter, he kneels down and asks god for forgiveness and enough strength to take care a Peter. Before entering the church up on the bell tower Peter fights to escape the black suit after killing a rapist. The suit falls to the ground right before Brock gets to the alter, the suit finds Brock right after he wishes god to give him the power to take care of Peter. Brock who is weak passes out at the alter, the Black suit attaches its self on to Brock, feeding off of his rage and anger, it triples the mass of Brock.
Camera is on Brock's face. Brock awakes to find him self insides of pure power, all of Peters memories combines with his own, the Camera pulls out to revile Venom. Venom's white eye enlarges, gives off a screams, Venom runs out the church and then swings off.
