Camera fades to Peter at his apartment pacing back and forth contemplating the events that just took place. He takes a long look in the mirror when he hears a police report of Spider-man robbing a bank. He throws on his classic red and black suit and swings off towards the bank. He is on top of a building looking over the bank. He see the police is there surrounding the bank. Venom comes out from the shadows and sucker punches Spidey. Spidey is knocked out for a few seconds. He awakes to this Venom with his mouth open showing is enlarge jagged teeth, Venom Grabs Spidey hangs him over the building. Spidey shoots his web on the building catapulting himself out of Venom’s hands. Spidey comes back around and does a flying kick to Venom. Spidey and Venom fight.
During the begging of the fight Spidey make a bunch of jokes. Spidey barley escapes the fight.
Next day JJJ is having a field day with Spider-man robbing the bank. A picture of venom is released some of his staff notice that doesn't look like Spider-man but a Steroid Alien version of Spider-man. JJJ doesn't care he states the white spider on the front proves its Spider-man. He runs the article anyways. People start to become fearful of Spider-man as well as the police look at him as a criminal.
Camera shows Venom in the day light looking over Eddie’s wife’s apartment. Venom’s head retracts showing Eddie’s face. The symbiote retracts completely. Eddie just stands there. He hears her scream. Eddie quickly transforms into Venom and swings off to the screams. They get to an alley way in which his wife is getting robbed. Venom eats the robber. After Venom reaches out for Eddie’s wife, she screams Venom retracts a little showing Eddie’s face. She screams gain and runs off.
Spider-man swing from Broadway and tries to help police in a high speed chase through the city. Spider-man starts to get shot out and is called out by the cops to surrender. Spider-man stops the criminals and helps out the police. Spidey then web slings away, police continue to shoot at him. While he's swinging through the air, Venom swings in and kicks him. A massive air battle takes place. During this time Spider-man finds out Venom is Eddie and the symbiote is controlling Eddie Brock.
The Battle continues on the ground in the middle of time square. ..
