Who I Think Should Play Venom..

I have been thinking about this ever since the Venom Movie was annouced. Who should be Venom/Eddie Brock. To be honest i liked Topher Grace and Spiderman 3 but he was way too scrawny to play the role of Eddie Brock/Venom. I suggest a up-comer actor who can look the part as both Eddie Brock and Venom but can also be a rather good actor. This is my personal opinion on who should play role but i would love to see you guys thoughts and opinions in the comments below..


Saw Witwer as Eddie Brock/Venom








Honestly i think he would do a great job as Eddie Brock/Venom. We need someone round about Andrew Garfield's Age to play Venom ( Which Sam Witwer has). We need someone who looks bulky ( Which from the picture Sam has) and someone who is at least a very good actor which personally i think he is a rather good actor. Are there other choices sure but for my money i think Sam would do the best job..

Interesting choice, i'd be happy with that!

What's your thoughts on Sinister Six....which characters do you think the team would consist of (so many versions).....and which actors would you pick for the remaining characters that haven't been cast already?

The members i think we'll be:

Doc Oc - see arms in ASM2 trailer
Vulture - see wings in ASM2 trailer
Electro - ASM2 villain, Jamie Foxx has hinted at future films
Hobgoblin/Green Goblin - ASM2 villain, guess he survives
Lizard - ASM1 villain, still alive

Last remaining member:

Mysterio - I think he was the cameo (man in the shadows) at the end of ASM1, not Goblin or Electro. The 'Man in the shadows' is also present in the recent trailer walking past Oc's arms and Vulture wings. Think it's a big set up for ASM3. I don't think Rhino as he's too dumb. Mentioned he's captured quickly at the start of the movie....not really a threat.

As for the final member..i know he is not really a Sinister Six member in the comics but i could see him in the Sinister Six movie to set up for a certain story..

The Prowler ( Aaron David) - Uncle to Miles Morales. A Master thief and marksmen. Later finds out that his nephew is Spider-Man. I do think they might end up doing Death of Spider-Man at some point so i could easily see the Prowler the SCU to set up for Miles..

I hadn't considered Sony using a character unfamiliar with the Sinister Six. That would be an interesting move...they are trying to setup up spinoffs and expand their 'universe', so i could see them doing that. I'd like to eventually see the 'Death of Spider-Man' story arc on screen, could be brilliant!

Honestly Jamie Foxx as the Prowler would of been perfect..ah well. Also AG might not do Amazing Spiderman 4 so great time to bring in Miles

I think Dominic Purcell is a better choice for Venom. He has the rough voice and bulky build.

I would like to see castings that don't revolve around this guy, Fassbender, Olivia Wilde and Zoe Saldana

I dont mind his choice. Especially with the emotionally depth the character carries. I think the actor chosen can portray Eddie Brocks different moods.

Philip Seymour Hoffman has the intensity, and is a phenomenal actor. If he slims down a but he'll be perfect imo
