FANTASTIC FOUR, a contemporary re-imagining of Marvel’s original and longest-running superhero team, centers on four young outsiders who teleport to an alternate and dangerous universe, which alters their physical form in shocking ways. Their lives irrevocably upended, the team must learn to harness their daunting new abilities and work together to save Earth from a former friend turned enemy. Directed by Josh Trank from a script penned by Simon Kinberg. Featuring Michael B. Jordan as Johnny Storm/Human Torch, Miles Teller as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, Jamie Bell as Ben Grimm/The Thing and Kate Mara as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman. The Fantastic Four reboot will be released in US theaters on August 07, 2015.

All this talk about hopping on bandwagons and all that...and I'm just sitting here going: I've looked at Twitter, talked to friends, and looked at the comments sections of other sites...the collective response seems to be 'It looks interesting, but it's way too early to tell.' In fact, there's probably a slightly more negative reaction than a positive one. Am I missing something?

Trailer was awesome but the FANT4STIC is stupid. By making the A a 4 makes it look like the movie is really just called Fantastic.

This movie will own. After First class, Days of Future Past, and this trailer, DC/wb should really be ashamed of the fact that they are now in 3rd place as a CBM provider with arguably the most iconic heroes in one universe. Maybe that will change, but currently, Fox and Marvel Studios are clearly 1 & 2 in terms of quality CBM product. With DC/WB in third, and Sony last.

Should be interesting to see how they integrate the F4 with the xmen.

I think the trailer was fantastic but it has not sold me on this movie at all. Not at all.
