Lots of people think the second film in the Back to the Future trilogy is the worst one, but even if it isn't as good as the other two, it's not off by much. One of my favorite scenes in the film is of course the hoverboard chase. The scene takes place in the future, 2015. Wow, only three years from now. Remember when that felt a long ways off? That reminds me, where the hell are my auto-lacing sneakers? And where are my clothes that automatically tailor to fit my body? We were lied to! Lied to I tell you! Damn you Zemeckis! At least the future hasn't brought us those stupid hats that Elijah Wood and his doofus buddy are wearing... but then again a lot can change in three years. Oh no!

I love these movies, and i agree, the second isn't as good as the 1st and 3rd, but really, the trilogy as a whole complete story is fantastic and still holds up 27 years later

if they do reboot it (wich they shouldt) it HAS to be in 2015 so 30 years back is 1985 when the first one took place. this way it has kind of significance. Christopher loyd could be doc brown.....again

Just all around amazing special effects in part II.

The things I'd do for a real Hoverboard, however.....

Great. I'm still not sure how they did it in the fist vid. But I think it's like a magic trick: Them moment yo get to know how it works it gets boring. So I'm happy not to know (-:

But if you like hover boards check out this vid

Part two was my favorite, three the weak link. Part two had the future manipulating the past, and a dystopian Biff produced present...good stuff. I hope Colin Farell isn't eying a remake of this one too.

I loved all three pretty much equally, and I take no shame in admitting that Part III is my favorite western, maybe just behind True Grit.

Even though BTTFII isn't as good as the first and third movie, it's still a great trilogy.

The BTTF trilogy has stood the test of time. Pun intended.

If they ever make actually working hoverboards... I will be all over that like white on rice.

Back to the Future II is by far the best, followed closely by I and then III being a distant last. In saying that they are all amazing, my favourite all time trilogy!

@nailbiter111

Can I ask where you get your info on it being the worst by general consensus? Have you done a general consensus asking this question? If not then it is a personal opinion.

Great Scott, who cares!? It's all good. Possible wedding song...
