The actor recently got interviewed by The Sun, where he talked about his involvement on the the prequel, he says that is a great honour to be involved on it.

The Sun got the chance to interview the actor, who will reprise his role as Legolas in a cameo on the movie, they asked him how it is like to return into this universe, he says that is a great honor to be involved on it, and that he has a debt of gratitude to Peter Jackson.

"I'm excited at the prospect. It's ten years ago that I started that journey, so the fact Pete wanted me to be involved was a huge honor.

The debt of gratitude I owe him for everything, is huge... it's beyond huge. If he said, 'jump', I'd say, 'how high?'. I don't know how much there is for me to get in there, but it's going to be great."




The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey and The Hobbit: There and Back Again are coming on December 14, 2012 and December 13, 2013, respectively!
