Even though we're getting Neill Blomkamp's Alien 5 in the coming years, we also have to focus on Ridley Scott's Prometheus franchise, which could possibly reveal the origin of the first Xenomorphs and lay out the path for the Alien franchise as a whole! With that said, in the latest issue of Total Film magazine it was revealed that the film will begin shooting this January! Check out the screen-grab from the edition below for confirmation.


Prometheus 2 will be directed by Ridley Scott and is set to star Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, and possibly Rik Barnett.
