Voslo is playing Zartan. I read that he dont have a crafty suit or anything...he just assumes a military persona and some others...

I mean by Aug not much else will be out so im down to see it. Im hyped to see it..still dont expect much, but thats cool...im sure it will be enjoyable.

I think they just wanted to have snake eyes dead on since he is "The Most Recognizable Character" in the GI-Joe line. If and when they make a 2nd one I bet they will go the batman route and make his suit more funtional vs trying to get the look right.

ps: the toy had the mouth piece back then also... I have the origial first 5 verions of snakes and this one is designed off the 2nd (and most famous) version...and it have a mouth.

LEE777 I am excited too for this movie since it was my favorite cartoon as a kid but I just having a feeling they are going to screw the pooch on this one. It would be funny though if this was the break out hit of 09. Either way I can't wait to see SnakeEyes on the big screen and also the Baroness.

Yep @ Ironknight @ I cant wait to see SNAKE EYES VS STORM SHADOW on the Big screen!!! Its worth it alone!

I too was brought up with GI JOE, like STAR WARS way before i got into the SUPERHERO Universes! I hope GI JOE delivers for all of us!!! (Yep, hopefully Cobra Commanders suits a temp M.A.R.S outfit lol).

The 80's cartoon Snake Eyes didn't have a mouth. It looks like it may be good. Just not crazy about the bionic Halo suits. SUPER G.I. Joe!!!

I can roll with the those suits that they are sporting and the action scenes look decent enough but I am just trying not to get my hopes up about this movie even though I want it to be a success.

@LEEE777- Yeah I can not wait for a Snake Eyes/Storm Shadow brawl. This fight should be epic.

Um Lee I have seen a few shots of his lame mouth and there doesn't look like there is a hole for him to breath, its just a mold of lips. And as for him having lips in the original, thats a big no. He had a cloth mask so sometimes it would form around his mouth, but it wasn't as stupid as rubber lips here.

Leee, you know i never once said i loved Wolverine! I dare you to find a single article that i did. I liked it, it was enjoyable. This looks like it wont be...at least to me. Some people enjoy Stephen Sommers movies and say they are "mindless fun". Well i [frick]ing hate them amd call them "retarded tripe"! So im debating weather or not to even see this if it gets good reviews, which lets face it, is unlikely.

Snake Eyes here sums up the whole film. At 1st glance he looks cool but take a minute to think about things. What kind of ninja would wear a rubber suit, lips or no lips! Only a shit one that has no idea how to be a ninja! You need freedom of movement with light non cumbersome material. Rubber is just shit!
