Yeah, and it's too early for Chuck Norris jokes to. Just in case you were thinking it. You were, weren't you. Just admit it. You had one right at the tips of your tongues. Something about him being angry, right? Ha, i knew it. Now go repent.

Obviously it wasn't going to be Rock who died or anything, that was just a cheap trick! Sad news though. My thoughts go out to his family at this time.

I hope Zartan is going to look a bit more like Zartan this time. I heard he is the main baddie in this. He and Ray Stevenson as Firefly.

The best characters in this film are probably going to be Firefly, Roadblock, Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow. Ouh and Bruce Willis as Joe Colton.

Man that stinks. I work on scissor lifts, order pickers, or any type of man lift everyday. I would like to know how the lift tipped over. Un-level ground? Hit by another lift? This is very unfortunate.
We had a guy fall a few months back off one in our California warehouse. Wasn't wearing his lanyard and fell 20+ feet and cracked his skull.

My condolences to the family.

A scissor lift is an inherently dangerous piece of equipment. It has a very small footprint and can go very high. When fully extended the slightest movement can cause it to sway back and forth.

If I'm not mistaken, the Notre Dame student that was killed at football practice earlier this year was on a scissor lift that was blown over by a strong wind gust.

Scissor lifts should really have the same things that stick out on the sides that the backhoes have. Keeps'em steady-er.

AC1
AC1 - 11/23/2011, 12:46 PM
Scissor lifts should have some sort of extendable ground clamp or something, like a set of legs that can be fixed to the ground when the machine is in use, and then retracted when they need to drive away.

@xizorkataran I feel so guilty for laughing at that, and I can't stop laughing every time I think about it.

Yet another reason this film shouldn't have been made.

In all seriousness,RIP.
