There was a rumor a while back about Bruce Willis possibly joining the cast of G.I. Joe 2. Well Dwyane Johnson tweeted a confirmation:

"Welcome brother Bruce Willis to the cast of GI Joe! What an honor."

I know we have heard this before but its good to have confirmation. Im was not looking forward to a sequel after how disappointing the first one was but they are making great casting choices. I'm sure this will be way better then the first. Thats not saying much though.

What do you think of this official casting?

@THETRUTH007 I agree with you up to the point in your second comment. I think people, or the fans didn't mean their childhood was raped by a cartoon. That does not make any sense at all. They mean the movie and what the crew did on it was "rape" to their childhood memory of what they know of G.I. Joe from the cartoons. Not the comics, not the toyline, the old freakin' show. I admit, I like the movie, and true there were a lot of stuff they drastically changed from the show. Was the changes for the better? Not really, but I didn't care because I felt like the crew was at least trying to make a decent film. Plus, nothing you're gonna say or do will change people's opinions on this site, so don't waste your time. You're not really making a difference here.

I really liked the first one. I hope this one over exceed it.

The things I hated in the 1st one:

- Baroness.
- Baroness.
- Anna DeCobray.

I'm not saying I hated Sienna Miller. But I hated how they build the Baroness character in the film. Duke and Baroness had a thing? Cobra Commander and Baroness were siblings? Baroness is not evil at all? Her character ruined the whole movie. Heck I even like the Ripcord character better.

If you take a closer look at GI Joe 1, it's actually a convincing representation of the TV adverts rather than of the specific TV show.
