Although it was rumored to be the case late last night, The Wrap now confirm that Bradley Cooper is in early discussions to voice Rocket Raccoon for Marvel's space-set adventure, Guardians of the Galaxy. According to them "an offer is in place and talks are ongoing, though no deal has been made". Fans were surprised by this development when the rumor fist hit, as -- although Cooper has been a fan favorite choice for a variety of superhero roles -- not many could picture him proving the voice for the gruff, machine-gun toting raccoon. Now that this looks to be official (though the deal may go south of course) what are your thoughts?
