In what should be deemed a rarity, Marvel Music has released the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Original Motion Picture Score two weeks ahead of the film's release, while also coincides with the release of Awesome Mix, Vol. 2.
The album contains nineteen original compositions from frequent Marvel composer Tyler Bates, who was recently tapped to score Netflix's next solo Marvel series The Punisher, which is due out later this year. Bates also composed the score for the first film and his other prominent film credits include, but are not limited to, John Wick, John Wick: Chapter 2, Watchmen, 300, The Belko Experiment, and Atomic Blonde.
The album is currently available to purchase on both iTunes and Amazon for $9.99.
