Director Jason Reitman has taken to social media to share a pair of new posters for Ghostbusters: Afterlife, which will serve as a sequel to the original movies.

The most recent trailer teased Ray's (Dan Aykroyd) appearance right at the end and some action figures gave us an idea of how the classic trio of spook-hunters will be depicted, but we've yet to see them in the flesh. Sony Pictures will likely keep that big reveal for the movie, and these latest one-sheets once again focuses on the next generation of Ghostbusters as they witness some kind of supernatural occurrence in the sky.

Full reviews are still embargoed, but Afterlife screened at CinemaCon last month, and the first social media reactions were mostly very positive.

From director Jason Reitman and producer Ivan Reitman, comes the next chapter in the original Ghostbusters universe. In Ghostbusters: Afterlife, when a single mom and her two kids arrive in a small town, they begin to discover their connection to the original ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather left behind.

Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Sigourney Weaver, and Annie Potts have all been confirmed to reprise their roles from the original movies, and they'll be joined by Paul Rudd (Ant-Man), Carrie Coon (Fargo), Finn Wolfhard (Stranger Things) and Mckenna Grace (Captain Marvel).

Ghostbusters: Afterlife is currently set to blast into theaters on November 11, 2021.
