Word of Underworld 4 has been circulating for quite some time, but Deadline is reporting that actress Kate Beckinsale has been signed to reprise her role of Selene from the first two films.

I really liked this series. Some may crap all over it, but I think these are some of the best Vampire films to come out in a long time.
I like REAL Vamps, not gay sparkly ones.

@RickGrimes- A Good watch IMO. I think it was better then the second one of the series. It gives you a really good look at what it was like for both clans before the common era. Thumbs up!

Huge fan of the first two. I'm surprised Len Wiseman hasn't been attached to direct yet. If they get the guy that did the last one, be prepared for a straight to dvd release.

I love Kate and, even if I like Rhona Mitra, Underworld 3 lost its charm for me without Kate. So yeah, this is good news. I'll definitely be back for the fourth installment. Thanks, Ed!

cant wait for underworld 4 and then after this sequel i hope they go back to the very begining and do underworld origins of corvinus, about marcus trying to protect his brother william, and finding out the very problem victor has with lycans. cant wait.

Whoever said the 3rd is the best is on crack, as it was far and away the worst, not only that but it was near unwatchable even as a stand alone film. The only thing enjoyable about it was Rhona Mitra and her fine ass.

The 3rd one was very good IMO. I love all of these films but the 3rd is on the same level as the 1st film in my book with the 2nd film in a near 2nd place. I'm very excited about a 4th film.

gotta go with myth on this one. i thought the first two were passably enjoyable but the third one i felt was atrocious. and why the need for a prequel anyway? didnt we already know the back story? why waste an entire film in a franchise showing us what we learned in the very first movie and even saw a little in flashback. didnt make any sense.

Really Hate, Hate, Ok, Love, Really Love. I see the whole spectrum of reactions.

I fall into the Really Love catagory for the first 2 movies but just ok for the third. I have watched the first 1 especially quite a large number of times. Kate is quite talented and of course spectacular to look at. We need a lot more bad ass women to make CBM style movies.

Personally I hope they go forward rather than backward with the 4th one. I want to see what happens to the world.

Oh and I just have to say it. Finally some booty pics. Everybody around here seems to have a big silicone fetish but that has never worked for me. Real is always best no matter what the size. But a nice female booty is always a good thing to see.

I thought the beginning of the 2nd film was awesome, but the overall film was really corny. I mean, when the werewolves and what not landed, you could easily tell they were on wires. I mean, they should have just left them in the film for crying out loud, since it made no difference.
