@LeonardTheWise - Corporate synergy. Marvel Animation has gotten lazy and is relying on the popularity of the MCU.

@DeusExSponge - Real shame, NOW they have even MORE money to make even better, and bigger animated movies/shows.

So they're playing the Hulk manipulation/mind control angle, eh? Gee, I wonder how many times they've done that...

Oh ffs, I don't watch Avengers Assemble, nor do I plan to (that also applies to the rest of the current animated shows), however, from what I've seen when I randomly tune in from time to time, was that they really like to rinse the same bullshit tropes over and over again, don't they?

Whenever I tune in, it's either the whole team that are mind controlled, or it's just the Hulk; the team facing off against a bunch of doppelgangers; or just a bunch of cannon fodder. That's all there is.

I thought maybe this might be something new for a change, and that they've made an effort. But it just looks like a feature length Halloween special set in the same universe as the animated series.

wait, did Doctor Strange even spoke during the Planet Hulk movie? I remember the first scene being the Illuminati, but Tony was the only one that spoke, apologizing to Bruce for sending him off.

Nice to see Disney is now doing with Marvel Comics how Time Warner/Warner Bros. does with DC Comics with Direct-to-DVD films.
