trevor and hammer are two of the most goofy characters from marvel studios universe. they are so clumsy that people love them. I wanna see more of both in future shorts films.

So silly if you wanted to address the Mandarin thing why stick this on the Thor set, they should have included something like this on the IM3 disc set release.......that clearly shows this was not planned out but pure back peddling to attempt to fix a mess.

I wonder if they would have made this if their Mandarin Debacle wasn't so criticised? I appreciate the Fan Service so at least they are kind of admitting the mistake....somewhat.

If you choose to believe what Drew Pierce has said, they were thinking of this idea while they were still in the middle of filming, before the fanboy backlash against the Mandarin ever came up. I bet they were planning on Sir Ben Kingsley reprising his role as Trevor in this short, but who knows if they were actually planning on having the REAL Mandarin show up.

That said, I really didn't mind this short at all. Kingsley is obviously loving his role as Trevor, and I didn't really see it as back-peddling so much as expanding on the events that happened in Iron Man 3. I thought it was pretty great.

miklonus, Do us all a favor and find whatever stick is up your ass and pull it out. Are you really getting that upset over such an innocuous statement like "An actor is loving the role he was cast in"? Really? I get you're probably jaded and cynical now because of the emotional trauma you went through with Iron Man 3 and their interpretation of your beloved Mandarin, but come on. Come on back to reality, stop flipping out over harmless opinions, and move on.
