SPOILERS: JUSTICE LEAGUE Funko Pop May Reveal A Pivotal Plot Point Involving Aquaman

Funko has unveiled some more cool Comic-Con exclusives and among them are these two Justice League Pops. The Bruce Wayne figure is obviously taken from the scene where he meets Barry Allen for the first time and tests the Flash's speed by throwing a Batarang at him, but it's the Aquaman Pop which may actually reveal some very interesting new details about the highly anticipated release.

As you can see, the King of Atlantis is holding a Mother Box. It's previously been reported that the three powerful devices belonging to Darkseid were split up between the Amazons, Atlanteans, and Mankind, so perhaps this confirms that Arthur Curry has been holding on to one for safe keeping.

It may also reveal that someone like Aquaman is able to hold one, something which makes them very different to the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Infinity Stones. Either way, it's interesting that Funko decided to create a variant with Aquaman of all people holding a Mother Box and that surely means we can expect Justice League to feature a pivotal moment with one of them and the King of Atlantis!

We already knew Aquaman and the Atlanteans have their own motherbox.

It is literally right there in the trailer and they've confirmed multiple motherboxes for human, atlanteans, and amazons.

Mother Boxes were already discussed with Themyscira and Atlantis. One each squirreled away. Hippolyta and Antiope are in flashbacks if I'm not mistaken.
