The Flash is still just a rumor, nothing has been confirmed, not even the director. And I believe Superman is being written by David Goyer and Jonathan Nolan, as well as produced by Christopher Nolan.

I'd like to see the source for The Flash Nicholsy, because their is zero confirmation of Berlanti directing it. So he's not necessarily "supposed" to, it's just rumored as such.
