Ah jusme6 and blankofthedead, you make me sad. Here I go and post three CBM stories on the main page, yet I am still abused.

I'll never post again.

Yeah, right!!

Sounds cool, but Johnny Depp's a great actor too and there's no way I'm going to see 'Alice in Wonderland'. I'll watch almost anything with Robert Downey Jr. except for Sherlock Holmes, The Soloist, Charlie Bartlett, etc.

@Ed I'm going to report you to the BBB for false advertising =P

That was not the perfect title for the article anyway. For a moment I pictured Iron Man landing on the yellow brick road and accidentally cracking it in half =P

@Pooh Sounds like you're either being sarcastic about "watching RDJ in anything", or you don't like a very large portion of his work lol. Though you may not like those movies you listed, all 3 of them are arguably above average (mostly thanks to RDJ himself).

I know alot of people are on the fence about a prequel/sequel to Oz (me included), but I sincerely doubt RDJ would approach anything that wasn't up to par.

@48and2 I'm sure the movies are above average, but only because of RDJ.

Doesn't anybody remember Return to Oz? You can't create other stories around a girl's delusional nightmares. It was all in her head. So you can't have background for a character that didn't exist in the first place. I think they should change up the mythology and go for a stand alone movie, sever any ties with the original. RDJ won't fit as the wizard if the keep to the source material.
