Writing and directing partners Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor plan to begin work on Jonah Hex as soon as they finish with CRANK 2.

"When we move some of these projects off of our plates, we'll focus on Jonah, and I think fans will like it," Neveldine said. "They'll be surprised."

Added Taylor: "The script is done. We're happy with it."

Jonah Hex is a horribly disfigured Confederate Civil War officer and was originally created by John Albano.
